The Ball part #1

It's been a weeks from the day you got the invitation to a ball at the Phantomhive's manor. You're so excited and everything is already set out; you have a carriage in waiting and you have your beautiful, light blue and white colored dress with a black bow in the middle. Your mother made the dress and has been working on it for quite some time. When you told your mother that you were going to the ball, she gave you the dress, knowing how much you loved it.

You put on the dress, with the help of your mother. You look in the, smiling at how beautiful the dress looks on you.

Your mother gasp softly. "You look dashing, Darling!" She says, almost tearing at how wonderful you look.

You smile widely. "It looks beautiful." You cheer.

"You should be off; you don't want to be late." Your mother says, rushing you off.

You go outside, waving to your mother before getting into the carriage and going to the ball...

After a hour and a half of riding in a carriage, you finally make it to the Phantomhive estate. The manor was WAY bigger that you assumed. You began to wonder how higher earls, higher ups, and rich people in general stay sane with such large homes.

You got out of that thought and walk up to the main doors of the manor. Before you could knock, the doors are opened and the butler that gave you the invitation, Sebastian.

Sebastian smiles down at you. "Welcome, Miss (s/n). It's a pleasure to have you here today." He says, bowing.

You smile back at him. "It's a pleasure for me as well." You say cheery.

He stands aside, letting you in. "This way, my Lady." He says and leads you to a room that a couple people are in, you suspect that you got here earlier than the other guest.

A lady dressed in all red walks up to you, smiling. "You must be (Name)!" She says cheerfully. "It's nice to meet you. I'm Baroness Angelina Dalles, Ceil's auntie, but everyone knows me as "Madam Red" so it's alright if you call me that." She explains.

"Alright, very well. It's nice to meet you as well." You say.

"Aw," A man in a blue kimono says, he's most likely Chinese by the way he dresses and looks. "So this is the young lady the earl invited over. Ciel does have a way of choosing girls." He mentions.

You didn't know to be either offended or flattered, but it look as if the girl in a very... revealing kimono looked a bit jealous as she looks over to you. She gets up from his lap and walks over to you, making everyone in the room confused of what's going to happen next.

She look at you. Her unreadable expression making it impossible to predict her next move. She suddenly puts her hand on your head, patting it softly.

"Mr. Phantomhive must be lucky to have a pretty little lover like her." She says softly.

Your face flushes red. "'L-lover'?"

You nods and goes back on to the man's lap.

"You had me there for a moment Ran-Mao, I thought you were upset at what I had to say." He admits to her.

Madam Red sighs softy. "For me as well." She agrees. "Oh, (Name), this is Lau and Ran-Mao. Sorry if they scared you in anyway."

"I-it's fine." You say shyly, face still red from all the blush.

Madam Red looks over to Lau, a glare on her face. "You know my nephew already is engaged. He wouldn't cheat on her so don't break this girl's heart like that!" She says harshly to them.

She turns back to you, her angry expression wiped off her face. "Sorry for their rudeness, my nephew's already engaged to someone."

"I'm fine. Thank you." You inform her.

Sebastian gets down on one knee to get on your level. "Excuse me, My Lady", he starts "you must feel awfully attacked and outlasted; shall I stand with you tonight, if it will me any help for you to feel welcomed?"

I blush and nod, "Will it get in the way of you job? Will Earl Ceil get upset by it?" I ponder.

He shakes his head, his hair lightly tossing back and forth, "Not at all; in fact my Master and I considered this option earlier." He stands up and smiles.

"For the night, for you and you only, I am your butler"
