I woke up very early this was a big day for me.
" Good morning mom" I said and kiss her on the jaw then took a seat next to my baby brother. " I hope you get the job today because I'm tired of you sitting at home doing anything. Look at your sister Marcy she work at a big company and is now engage to a billion year your a disappointment to this family" said my dad.
I immediately got up from the table and went to the kitchen I wanted to answer him but I didn't want to spoil my day arguing with my dad.
I just went into my car and drove to the place. Here I was at the at Cruz INC. I went to this guy " hello I'm here for an interview " I said. " take the elevator go up to the eight floor" said the guy "you must be ms Lydia Gomez come with me" said a lady with brunette hair. She lead to a office where a man was.
The guy in the office was hot I couldn't stop starting at him. I felt like I was going to faint. " are you okay miss" said the guy " yes" I said nervously. I could nearly speak at the interview. When I left his office I felt nervous same way and at the same time I was thinking about him.
I went to my friend coffee shop. " so how was your interview" said Angelle . " it was bad I don't think I'm going to get a call" I said " well I got nervous and I screw up" as I said that my phone ring. " hello ms. Gomez I would like you to come in at 9:00 tomorrow " said Mr. Cruz. Then he hang up.
" who was that" said Angelle " I got the job I screened out. " wow I'm so happy for you " said Angelle. I just went straight home and give my mother the good news.
The next morning I just went and pick out a dress for work then I just let home and went straight at my favorite dinner to have breakfast. I was stunned when I saw Mr. Cruz here. " hello my new assistant do you need me to drop you to work " said Mr. Cruz in a nice voice at that moment I felt like to just kiss him. " hello I don't have all day to waste are you coming " he said angrily " yes" I said when I stop daydreaming. The whole time I was just silent in his car until I got bored.
" so I'll be your personal assistant " I said trying to make conversation. He didn't answer.
When I was coming out of his car he turned to me and said " Mr. Gomez please don't wear that dress back again okay ". I just turn to him and say " yes sir". I wanted to ask him why shouldn't I wear that dress.

Why did she wear that dress to work. I'm trying to resist this lady but she keep on trying to get my attention. But I'm just going to try and control myself because I don't have affairs with my workers. When I got up to my office I just closed the door. " sir do you need anything" she said " yes I would like you to file these for me" said trying to get her out of my office. At my lunch break I went out to meet my girlfriend. " you look like your having a hard day at work " said Gabriella " I'm fine " I said. " do you want to go back to my place to let off some steam." Said Gabriella.
" sure" I said I really needed to let off some steam and to forget my assistant. After lunch I went to Gabriella place where we went at it until I felt like going back to work. I just take up my clothes which was all over the place and get dress. Then went back to work. When I got back to the office Lydia greeted me " sir your dad came by when you were out he said to tell you that he would like you to come over for dinner tonight " she said why playing in her hair. " thank you did you finish your work" I said " yes and is there anything else can I do for you " she said. " no" I shouted at her. She looked like she would cry. So I just went to my office and slam the door. I wonder why my dad wanted me to come to his house after all he cut me off and told me that I'm not part of his family. As I was to take a seat my office phone ring. " hello did your assistant give you the message " my dad said." Yes and I'm not coming for dinner I said " angrily and hang up the phone then I call my security in my office. " yes sir " said one of them " how did my dad get in this building " I said angrily " we didn't know that he wasn't welcome " said one of the guy. " now you know if I ever hear that he ever set foot in this business you two can kiss your job good bye. Do you get it" I shouted. " yes sir" said the both of them. " now get out of my site" I shouted. I can't believe that my dad set foot in my company.
A little while after I start to remember the day my dad disowned me.
Flash back
" I'm glad that you came my son your dad and I have something important to talked to you about " my mother said. I went into the house where my dad was " have a seat son" said my dad. " what do you guys want to talked to me about" I said " well we want to talk about your marriage " said my mom. " I already told you I don't plan to get married because it only a . later on I'm going to regret it " I said " that's nonsense me and your mother been married for 20 years and we don't regret it" said my dad. " that's you guy I don't got anytime for a marriage " I said " well you better be ready because your going to marry Jenifer Jones " said my dad " that bitch I will not marry her" I said angrily. " son you shouldn't believe everything you read in the paper" said my mother " I won't marry her and theirs nothing that can change my mind " I said and fold my hand " well so I guess I'm going to cut you off" said my dad. " you can't do that " I said to my dad " so have you changed your mind " no". I said got up and left.
End of flashback.
After work I just went straight home and had dinner took a shower and went to my bed. When I got up the morning I went to the dinner and had breakfast. I was hoping to see Lydia but she wasn't their. I spend my time think about her on my way to work. When I got there. I started to wonder if something had happen to her. When I saw her came out of the elevator I felt a relief.
" your late Ms. Gomez" I said while going through a file. " I'm sorry sir it won't happen again " she said " you better make sure ms. Gomez because if this happen again you can kiss your job goodbye " I shouted. Then went into my office. Couple minutes later I went to my meeting with Mr. Hinds . " it's nice to see you again when are you planning to settle down my boy" said Mr. Hinds " you know that I'm not into this marriage thing and I will never get married " I said. " my boy I was like you when I was younger I never wanted to get married and look at my now I got married , fell in love , had kids and now I'm a grandpa. You just need to meet the right girl and your mind " said Mr. Hinds. " there's no woman can cause me to change my mind" I said. " if you say so my boy" said Mr. Hinds. " so I was planning to buy that lovely house that you have at the beach side" I said to the old man
. " I'll think about it and tell you my answer very soon." Said Mr. Hinds. " okay" I said.
