I find myself laying on the floor, still not understanding what happened. There was a large, round bump on my head. I should call the police. Or should I? Maybe it was a dream. Maybe this is all just a BIG FAT DREAM. I found myself yelling out loud instead of in my head. I sat down to think about what had happened.

As I walked over to the phone to call the police, I noticed that the snow was high. It was about five feet off the ground l, and more, heavy snow was still falling. Oh great. Now a snow storm. I picked up my phone and dialed. 911. The phone wouldn't ring. It shut off. I'll just see if I can call mom. Maybe the services are down? I tried to call mom, but the phone did the same thing. I assumed it was just the snow storm. Actually, I knew that it was the snow storm. Stupid snow. Always ruining everything. I say down again and opened my notebook full of drawings of Jonah. The boy I REALLY like. He and I are doing a project together. Math project. He was supposed to come over tonight. Maybe he will, probably not. Whispers in my head again.
