Imagine for Reileigh: First Kiss

It was winter, it was raining and you were cold. You could be enjoying your Friday night in bed, laying in your soft blankets while watching Netflix. But you weren't. You were on your high school's field, sitting on the bleachers by your own and watching the football team playing one of the most important games of the year.

You didn't like football, you didn't like the rain, and you didn't like being cold... But you did like Grayson, and when he asked you if you would come to the game tonight you couldn't say no.

How were you supposed to say no, anyway? You had the biggest crush on him since some weeks ago when you and him started to be friends (thanks to your math teacher, who ordered you to sit next to Grayson in class. Bless her)

At first you thought it was impossible that he would like you back, but the thing is that he was quite flirtly around you. Four days ago he invited you over to his house and you were about to kiss, but his brother Ethan interrupted both of you and ruined the moment. Since then, Grayson was a little bit distant with you and you thought it was because he felt embarrased and regretted what almost happened, but he surprised you this morning when he asked you if you would go to the game because he wanted you to be there ("Is the most important game of the season and it would mean a lot to me if you could come", he said). So you had no choice but tell him that you would go.

However, you had a really busy day and by the time you got there the game was already fifteen minutes on. You sat on the first seat you saw free because you didn't want to disturb the rest of the crowd.

You knew almost nothing about football but you were actually enjoying the game. You quickly spotted Ethan, Ryan and Grayson, and you could tell they were the best players of the team. You couldn't help it but thought how hot Grayson looked in his uniform while playing. He seemed to be really focus on the game, but from time to time he would looked into the crowd. It seemed like he was looking for someone.

The game stopped for a few minutes so the players could rest a little bit. The cheerladers were doing their routine and you though it was a great moment to try and find a better seat. You turned around when someone called your name,

"Reileigh!"

It was Cam, Grayson's sister. You've met her a few times and she was always really nice to you.

"C'mon here!"

She was sitting in the first line and she had a free seat beside her.

"Grayson told me you would come so I saved you a seat"

"Thanks Cam, sorry I'm late"

"It's ok-" You could tell she was about to say something else but she stood up "Hey guys, you are doing it so good"

It was Ethan and Grayson. You waved at them and while Ethan was talking to his sister Grayson called your name catching your attention,

"You came, I was nervous you wouldn't"

Did he just admitted out loud that he was nervous you wouldn't come to the game? Oh my God.

He was sweaty but you had never see him look so good. He was so sexy you couldn't almost speak.

"I told you I would come. Sorry I was late, though"

"It's fine. Did you just got here?"

"No, no. I wasn't actually that late, just ten minutes. I was sitting right there" You pointed to the place you were sitting with your finger "But Cam was nice enough to save me a seat"

"I asked her to do it so in case you were bored you could speak to someone"

You could tell he was feeling shy by confessing that because he rubbed the back of his neck with his hand.
