Coffee? Err.

I watched students pass my car as I quietly sip my coffee, waking up every sleeping cell in my body. It felt good actually, having to drink coffee in the morning after getting wasted the night before. Well, not just wasted. But, totally wrecked...

I thought all those cups of beer and shots of vodka or whatever alcohol I've put into my body last night would drown all the bottled up pain inside me. But, unfortunately... it didn't. Yes, it did make me forget last night. And that's it. You only forget when you're drunk. You feel numb and powerful at the same time. But, the aftermath is worse.

I hoped for a painless morning and here I am, slowly dying in pain as I reminisce all the memories we've shared. If only those memories were true. Well, at least for me, it is.

A soft yawn snapped me out of my trance. Thank God.

Jaime stretched out as she slowly open her eyes, her book almost falling out of her lap. She's kinda cute, to be honest.

"Good morning.", I cheerfully greeted. She smiled a little and closed her eyes again. I felt bad she hadn't slept last night.

After a while, she sighed. "I'll make a mental note to sleep 8 hours or more straight when I get home."

"You probably should."

"What time is it?", she asks.

I looked at my watch, "It's like uhh... 9:50."

She shoot up so suddenly I almost spill my coffee in shock. "Fuck!" Oh, she cusses. "Why didn't you wake me up earlier?"

"You look so peaceful sleeping.", I defended.

"I would look more peaceful if this day pass and I passed.", she said, reaching for her bags at the backseat and stuffing her book into it.

I laughed at her, "Calm down! It's still early."

She turn to me as she open her door, "You don't know Mr. Perkins. He's always at school a year earlier than everyone." She stepped out and I remembered something.

"Hey!"

"What?", she turn again, panicked.

"To wake you up a little more.", I hold another coffee for her and she stared at me as her face softens.

"Coffee? Err. I don't drink coffee..." What? "But, today might be an exception.", she quickly took it and ran away, struggling with her bags. She turn around again and shouted halfway, "Thanks, snail! I'll see you around!" She ran and disappeared into the double doors of her school.

"Snail, huh?", I muttered to myself, chuckling as I drove off the curb.

I thought of Jaime as I drive. She's a hottie, if you'd ask me. She's very pretty also. And funny. An idea hit me like a fucking freight  train... Yes, I could do that. I smirked. Maybe I'll pick her up later.

I took a sip of my coffee and checked my phone. As expected, I have tons of messages and missed calls from the boys. I laughed as I drive off the curb. They're gonna kill me, that's for sure.

"Finally, you've fucking shown up!", Namjoon threw his hands as he stood up in shock.

"Good morning to you, too.", I said as I sat beside Jin who's gaping at me the whole time. I looked at him and smiled widely, "And to you, too. Where's Hobi?" I looked around the place but, Hobi is nowhere near.

"It's not time for you to ask questions, Yoongi. Where the fuck have you been?!", Namjoon said through gritted teeth, trying to stay calm. Well, he's failing.
