I haven't really had enough time this week for food to be so much of an issue. That's one thing that I want to tell anyone going through the same as me: finding a distraction is the best way to deal with your problems when you aren't in the place to handle it as well as you could on another occasion. Doing this will by make your problems go away. Not in the slightest but it's the best thing to do when you don't have time to worry, for me it is my phone. When there is any chance that I may be left alone or have time to think about bad things I just grab my phone and just look at it. The weekend won't be easy because I don't have a distraction like school for 7 hours of my day so I will have to see what happens.
