It was finally the weekend and I needed to see Mike he didn't go to school all week. I had officially given up. I thought he didn't want anything to do with me anymore. Just as I was thinking that there was a knock on the front door. My mom asked me to get it. I got up and walked out of my room and to the door. When I opened it there he was. It was Mike standing there and looking awkward.
" can I come in?" He asked
" ya sure come in in." I said
" thanks Lo."
" no problem. Where have you been?"
" my family took a week long camping trip and took away my phone." He said sadly. "We just got back 10 minutes ago."
"Oh well that sounds fun." I said faking a smile.
" ya I guess. " he said as he shrugged his shoulders " listen I couldn't stop thinking about what happened." He blushed
" Listen... about that I'm sorry I didn't mean to freak you out. " I said softly.
" you didn't freak me out just confused me." He said. " Hey Lola..."
" ya what's up." I asked
" did that mean anything?" He asked. " do you like me?"
I froze for a little bit. " uhhmmm... it kinda meant something for me." I said looking down. When I looked up he was smiling.
" then good it meant something to me to. " he said in a cheerful voice.
