*BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP * "ughhh. Oh! its morning I need to get ready " Lola says as she gets up and goes to get dressed. As she picks up what she would normally wear she says "No I want to look cute for Mike. Even if he doesn't like me." She says picking up a pink and blue flowered blouse, black slacks the fit her butt just right, and some flowered vans. " I may be dressing nice but I always need to be a little bit of myself." She says as she's putting her outfit on. "I should leave my hair down today" she says looking into the mirror. Once she finishes her makeup she goes down stair to meet her mother for breakfast. " morning mommy." She says cheerfully.
"Well hello there girl I don't know. What's up with the getup?" Her mom asks
"What this old thing? Oh nothing just wanted to make a good impression today. That's all " Lola says smiling a little
"You sure it's not about this Mike boy huh?" She says trying not to laugh
"Who?" Lola says sarcastically. She sits down and eats her breakfast. As time goes by she walks to school early. " bye mom I'm going early today" Lola says
"Bye hun have a good day."
Lola walks out the door and walks to school. " HEY LOLA!" She hears behind her. She turns around curious but cautiously. It turns out to be Mike. "Oh hey Mike what's up?" She asks
" oh ya know nothing much." He says laughing a little.
" so you walk this route?" She asks.
" yep everyday." He says. " you live near here?" He asks her.
" ya I'm that house right there." She says pointing to her house. " you live near here or what?" She asks realizing that he has to to walk this way.
" yep just around the corner there." He says looking at the street corner.
'Sweet he lives near me. Heh ehhhh.' As they walk to school together they talk about different things and get to know each other. As they arrive at the school they he walks her to her locker. " let me walk you to your locker." He says
"Oh no you don't need to." Lola says
" but I want to." He states as they walk to her locker. " so I'll see you later?" he says smiling a little.
" ya definitely." Lola says smiling back at him
( after school )
"Hey Mike."
"Hey Lola want to walk home together?" He asks her
" ya sure." She says trying to hide a smile.
As they walk home together they talk, play around, and take the long way. " oh um here I am." She says as they reach her house.
" oh, ya it seems so." He says trying not to sound sad.
"Well bye I guess see you tomorrow." She says walking away.
" I guess bye see you tomorrow." He says walking away and tripping on his own feet.
" be careful there don't wanna get hurt." Lola says trying not to laugh. She waves bye and goes inside her house. Mike waves back blushing from embarrassment.
