October

It's October and I couldn't be more excited! I love the fall season and it just feels like it started. Where I'm at weather is pretty terrible as its cold and rainy, but it's fall and not even that could bring my hopes down. Here are some of my favorite things about fall

🎃Halloween🎃
As I've grown older Halloween has become less of a holiday and more of a season. I don't go out trick-or-treating now as my friends are too busy watching scary movies on Netflix. I love painting pumpkins. I don't know if you do this, but I paint the pumpkins instead of carving them, just because it's easier, and I can add more detail. I might dress up as well if I'm in the mood.

☕️Tea☕️
One of my favorite hot drinks lately has been a chai tea latte. I have one of those fancy coffee machines that you put a little plastic cup in and it makes coffee. I have cups that make chai tea. I usually have them in the morning to wake me up. I also love hot chocolate after school. Yum! Coffee is a definite maybe for me. I don't have it often, but when I do it has to be flavored. Carmel and mocha are my favorite.

📖Books📖
I don't know why, but I always get into the reading mood when fall hits. Maybe it's because it's cold outside and I don't want to leave the house. I don't know why, but the idea of cuddling up with a book and a warm drink is comforting. This fall my school has assigned me to read the Book Thief and I'm very excited!

👚Sweaters👚
I love sweaters! Especially dark colored sweaters in the fall. My favorite outfit is a long sweater, jeans and boots.

☁️Blankets☁️
I really like soft blankets to cozy up under while watching a movie or a TV show. That's all I have to say.

▶️Netflix▶️
I love watching TV shows in bed. I like most of the BBC shows and other things. It really depends on my mood.

🌽Mazes🌽
I love doing mazes in the fall. I think it's probably because last year my family took me to a maze around the time I was reading the Maze Runner. The only problem is that I thought a griever was going to jump out at me. I also enjoy hayrides. They might be really bumpy and you might get hit with trees, but hey, they're fun.

💀Scary Movies💀
Now I'm not a huge fan of scary movies, but this year I'm deciding to be brave. So leave some scary movies you'd suggest fro me to watch. Funny thing is I love the plots to scary movies, I just don't like watching them.

🎄Christmas🎄
You can practically taste Christmas it's so close! I often find myself singing Christmas songs all day. It's bad, I know.
