Much Trouble

When we arrived , I went inside to fill out forms and crap like that. I'm a teenager ,that stuff isn't

really important to me. I used my sister's car to take my drivers test while Grace sat in the

backseat quietly. In the end of my test, I knocked down a cone but I don't think he noticed

because this girl right here passed! I was the happiest ive ever been in the last few months.

just needed to cry, because i was way too happy. So I did and I looked like a fool . My sister

laughed at me because I was so emotional . On our way back home , I couldn't stop smiling. " I

could drive myself to school!... wait why did I just say that? I never go anywhere without my

sister...Maybe it would be a good thing so I can learn to be independent " I looked down to

check my phone .

*8 missed calls from momma dog*

"Oh god we're dead" I said out loud as I rested my head on the window.

"What?" Grace said confused

I handed her my phone without saying another word. I felt my headache get worse and worse

and my heart start to beat out of my chest as I imagined my mom yelling at us .

"What should we do?? Should we go home?" Grace asked

" uh yeah we should go home! Now! Am I the only that noticed mom texted in all caps? That's

how you know she's mad. Don't make the situation worse by not going home Grace" I said

frustrated

"I'm not even that scared of mom , I mean I know you are. Just saying but geez I was just

asking a question , calm down" She explained

But she was right. I was the one who always followed mom's rules and Grace was a rebel and

didn't care what anyone said.
