Chapter 2: First Hello's

Camila POV

Today is the day the girls and I finally meet Shannon. We are big fans of her's. Lauren swears she loves her more but its not true. The first time I saw Shannon in person was when I was on X Factor. She was there visiting Demi, well when they were still together. They broke up a week before finales.

Anyways the clumsy person I am known to be ran straight into her full force. We both fall to the ground hard. She immediately stood up to apologize and held out her hand to help me up. It was cute because I was the once who ran into her. I was kind of star struck so I just nodded like an idiot. She looked at me for a second then gave me a smile I will never forget. After that she walked past me and made her way over to Demi who was sitting on the panel during a commercial break.

She may be famous because she dated Demi but I like her for a lot more than that. First off I think she is freaking adorable. Her music is unlike anything that is out right now. Its real and not all about money, sex and being famous. It shows you who she really is and makes me feel like I know everything about her and I appreciate that as a artist.

But I think the thing I like the most about her is how kind and caring she was throughout her whole relationship with Demi. I mean I wasn't there, I don't know but you could just tell Shannon was the strong one and really took care of Demi. With everything they were going through during their relationship Shannon kept her cool even when paparazzi were in her face. She always put Demi first and made sure she felt comfortable in public. She stayed with Demi through it all.

I think about it sometimes...

I wish someone would love me the way Shannon loved Demi.

Well they are broken up now so thats that.

Anyway Little Mix had to drop out of the tour so now Shannon is opening with US!!

I have been up all night thinking about what I'm gonna say. I tend to be very awkward in front of people I like. I don't want to embarrass myself like usual. She is arriving at the bus around 7am which was in like two hours. I guess I should wake up the rest of the girls which usually takes an hour. I shared a hotel room with Lauren last night which was a night change since I usually room with Dinah.

I turned over in my bed to face Lauren's but all I saw was an empty bed. I got up to open the bathroom door but it was locked.

"Lauren what are you doing? Unlock the door!"

I heard a loud sigh and the click of the door unlocking. The door swung open revealing Lauren all dressed up, make up and all. She never put this much effort into the way she looked, especially on a day we didn't have a show or any interviews.

"So how do I look?" She asked me with a confident smirk on her face while looking at herself in the bathroom mirror.

"I mean you look amazing but whats the occasion? It's not like we having anything important to do today where we need to look that nice" I said still wondering why she would get up this early to get all made up.

"Well meeting Shannon is important to me. I want to look drop dead gorgeous. Catch her attention. If you know what I mean!" She said turning to look at me, shooting me a wink.

This made me furious and I could feel the anger build up inside of me. She knows that I have had a crush on Shannon ever since she was first in the public eye. All the girls knew it. Why was she acting like this? I mean we all know Lauren is attracted to Shannon. Who isn't? But I always thought it was just a friendly way that Lauren would pushed my buttons. She knows this is going to upset me.
