The Delivery Boy (boyxboy- GrimmIchi - ON HOLD)

Chapter 9

Grimmjow watched as his boyfriend walked away with his boss. Ichigo had taken the job two weeks ago and the cops were waiting for the perfect moment. Grimmjow was getting anxiety and couldn't sleep through the night because of his worry for his strawberry. While working, his anxiety would sky rocket and he would have to take three times as many breaks. He couldn't tell anyone at work what was going on so he just told them that he was worried about his mother. They didn't need to know that their boss was a drug lord or that he had kidnapped his boyfriends family. It would send the whole building on edge and Aizen would be able to tell something was up. 

Grimmjow walked to his dressing room where he saw a letter. The envelope had simply his name written in cursive. Confused, he walked over and picked it up. He slowly opened it to reveal a short note. Upon reading it, his eyes grew wide as he tried to not drop the piece of paper. His hands started shaking as he placed the note back in the envelope and placed it in his pocket. He grabbed his coat from its hanger on the wall and walked out of the little room. 

He walked by Ulquiorra and ignored the yells he was getting from the green-eyed man. He walked out the front door and quickly down the street. His phone soon started going off, but he ignored it. He couldn't even register that his phone wouldn't stop vibrating. He soon found a bench and decided to take a seat. He placed his elbows on his knees and his head in his hands. He couldn't believe the letter and need Ichigo to get off work. 

As soon as Ichigo entered his mind, his eyes widened and he stood up. He took off running toward the studio in a frenzy.

Ichigo followed Aizen up to his office where he had a little desk next to his boss's. That was where he scheduled everything and anything that Aizen requested of him. Normally, he was scheduling things like when the photos were to be released in certain magazines and what magazines those would be. He knew that him taking the position but he felt it was the only way to get his family back. 

Taking his seat, he unlocked the laptop that he received upon taking the job and opened up the calendar. He smiled to himself as he saw the little note Grimmjow had put in for their dinner that night. They had gotten Yuzu to go to one of her friends houses for the night and were having date night. It was a plan to relieve all the stress that had been building up. Ichigo wouldn't have forgotten but Grimmjow had been sneaking in little notes on his computer anyways and Ichigo loved it. 

He quickly closed his computer and opened up his email to email the heads of the magazines they were going to send their photos to. He glanced over to Aizen who was reviewing the pictures and hesitated to speak up. Luckily, he didn't have to. 

"Kurosaki, tell the magazines that we'll be sending the pictures within the next week when they're finalized."

"Yes, sir." He immediately got to work writing the emails when he spotted something in the corner of his eye. His phone lit up and when he looked over to it, a message from Grimmjow was there. He quickly looked at the preview of the message and his face paled. He looked back to his computer and went back to writing the emails. He didn't want Aizen to pick up that something was wrong. He wrote down the dates for the photo deadlines and grabbed his key-card and his phone and slid them into his pocket.

"I'm going to go let the photographers know their deadline. I'll be right back."

"Alright, hurry back."

"Yes, sir." He quickly left the office and made his way down to the warehouse. He did have to give the photographers their deadline, but he could've done that by email. He was really just looking for a way to get away from Aizen and see Grimmjow. Everyone knew that the two were dating, except for Aizen. They were attempting to keep it a secret, but they could only do that for so long before he eventually found out.
