I was going to be discharged today. The nurse ran a few tests on me as I stared at the duo. Liam was smirking at me for reasons oblivious to me and Harry was talking with the doctor.

I was afraid of Liam but still, attracted to his dark side. I wanted to run away but also, wanted to see what else he could do to me(I wasn't in a position to run away, anyways.) I wish Liam wasn't so possesive, I wish he hadn't killed his dad, I wish he wasn't running a prostitute house or whatever he called it. I wish Liam was normal.

I kept my feet on the cold floor, took a deep breath and plodded towards Liam.

Liam's smile couldn't get more broad, showing some of his teeth. His hand reached out towards me. I accepted it, firmly placing my slender fingers over his broad ones. Our fingers entwined and we both stared at our hands for a minute, not able to say anything or was it just me?

I summonned my voice and atlast with loads of courage, I spoke, " we need to talk"

Liam nodded and dragged me to the nearest janitor's closet and closed it after we both adjusted ourselves in the dirty small room.

"You remember now?", He asked even before I could open my mouth.

I nodded.

"Why didn't you come to play with me again?", He interrogated further. Last time I checked, it was I who wanted to talk, not him.

"I had my exams", I lied and shook my head.

"Bullshit!"

He squeezed my hand and I yelped in pain. I quickly disintangled my hand from his and then, rubbed it with my other one in order to soothe the pain.

He pulled my hair and tilted my head. I moaned in pain as his sharp teeth bit my skin.

"Tell me the truth! Now!", he growled.

My eyes widened and my body paralysed as he looked gravely at me.

"I can punch you to the death, kid and you won't be able to defend yourself."

"I was told that you killed you father", I said in a monotonous tone.

My fear was intractable and pervaded throughout my body, engulfing my soul.

"So?", he raised his eyebrow.

"I was afraid", I whispered abjectly.

"He deserved to be killed by me", he snarled, his aversion evident in his tone.

"He was your father, for Christ's sake!", I exclaimed in frustration.

"And she was my mother!", he snapped. "I told you, Mr. Malik", he paused and pecked my lips. "I don't share", he flashed me a lopsided smile.

"If someone else touches my property, I will chop every inch of his bodyand bathe in his blood."

His eyes darkened, his smile still plastered on his face. He overcame the proximity between our faces and whispered in my ear, resting his head on my shoulder as his facial hair rubbed against my skin.

"Don't worry, my little one. I will take good care of you", He carressed my hair and then, kissed my forehead.

"My little Zaynie"
