THE ARRIVING IN LONDON
-Caitlin
The air of London, brushing my skin creating goosebumps. It's a big city though. I guess this is a new life. I sighed in the sight of Mary. She's smiling sheepishly. I guess someone's happy. I know I should be happy to see Mary but in this place? I don't know to feel or something.
"Caitlin! Coleen! Cherry! You girls have grown up so fast." She stated happily while crushing our bones. We just laughed at each other's faces. Stupid.
"So girls, how are you?" She stated, cutting the awkward laughters.
"Oh! We're great. How about you?" I replied.
"I'm good. C'mon let's get going. I'm so excited." She fangirled at the end. Sigh.
She dragged us out of the airport to a car. Yes, a car. I'm not good in cars or some bizz. Silence filled the whole car, nobody dared to breathe a word. We arrived in front of a really big house. Carrying our bags, we went inside like lost puppies.
"Girls, welcome to your new home. Keep yourselves comfortable..." She smiled. I think our life will be as hell.
"..by the way, this is my husband, Jerry and my daughter, Carrie. I think you will be best of friends.." I hope so. "..she's eighteen, just like you Caitlin."
"Okay?" I stated.
"Won't you show them around, Carrie" She commanded.
"Okay." Carrie smiled.
Well, she seems a nice lass, I hope so. She has this dirty blonde just like Mary. Slim figure with nice curves. She is beautiful. Okay, that's weird.
She showed us around and to our rooms. Mine's modernized, patterned black & white. This is interesting. Coleen's green with different paintings, I dont know. Cherry's pink. I think Mary know us so well. Good thing for her.
I roomed around my room. Oh! a walk-in closet. I dont have anything like this. This is cool. I unpacked my things. I guess London is not bad after all. I dont know the rest. I went out in searching the kitchen, Im hungry. This is frustrating, there are many rooms. Great, Im lost. I walked around finding my way. Good thing, Jerry found me.
"Lost?" Jerry asked. He completely knew I am due to my look.
"err, yeah. Do you know where's the kitchen?" Of course, he knows where the kitchen is. Stupid.
"Go to left, straight a bit then left, there's a stairs down then left and then right. Get it?"
"hmm, yeah. Thanks."
I hurriedly went, left straight then left. Oh, stairs. Left and then right.
I sighed in the sight of the kitchen and there's Carrie, unexpected.
"Hey, Carrie."
"Oh, hey Caitlin. Hungry?"
"Yeah." I smiled at her.
"Here's a sandwhich"
"Thanks."
"So, another 'C' aye?" I stated cutting the silence between us.
"err, yeah." she replied, laughed a bit. Good thing she understand what I was talking about.
"I think its a good thing though" I said.
"How come?" She asked.
"We will be easily known as cousins through C's"
"yeah"
We laughed a bit, that was awkward.
Mary's right...maybe we could get along.
