Yonaka sits near the large, golden table waiting for Atemu to arrive. The other people there looked terrified, but at the same time relived because the pharaoh was always kinder when Yona was in the room. They had become quick friends. With a loud slam, Atemu walks in. You could practically hear the music in the background! •Start the video•
He stares down everyone in the room except for one woman.
"Good to see you again Yonaka"
They both smile at each other.
"It's nice to see you too pharaoh"
"I keep on telling you. Please call me Atemu."
"Fine...Atemu"
The pharaoh smirks but Yonaka was not so happy.
Yona thinks to herself.
'For the love of Zorc, why do I keep doing this for you __? Why do I keep on insisting on these stupid plans? I'll never know.' *sigh*
She accidentally sighs out loud. Atemu starts to look worried.
"Yona.." She winces at that nickname. She's only ok with __ calling her that. They're the best of friends.
"If there's anything or anyone bothering you, just let me know ok?"
Was he starting to "enjoy" Yonaka's company?
"Yeah ok."
The pharaoh does not buy her act but plays along to the time being. He has important matters to handle. With a sad look on his face he starts his speech.
"Now my friends, I have some terrible news. Our close friend Sugoruku, has passed on." With a gasp from the crowd, some real and some not so much. "Sugoruku would have wanted us to live on and make Egypt the best nation it can be! Before his passing, we were planning to keep an eye on the red sprit." Yonaka, surprised by this, starts to really pay attention to the pharaoh's words.
"Clearly he is planning something notorious. It is our job to protect Egypt from evil." Mana raises her hand to ask a question. "How are we supposed to do that?! His magic is so powerful. Better than Mahad's or mine."
"I have a plan, but I can not give details. It is best if you know very little"
•So now it gets interesting. *smirks*•
Confusion is on the faces of everyone,except for the Lucent Realm princess, who was starting to enjoy this.
