"It's Okay."
Giving me a quick hug, I watched you dash off to the other side, pulling her for a long intimate hug. Huh, you forgot what day today is ; My birthday. Turning the opposite direction, I began walking back to our workshop, head hung low, snow crunching under my feet.
12 December
" Jae, wanna go get some fresh air ?" Daehyun rested his elbow on the car window. I wiped my greasy hands on my jumpsuit and shook my head, before taking another tool.
"Can't. Himchan *oppa needs me to finish repairing this by tonight." I replied concentrating on the car. Daehyun placed both hands on my waist and turned me around.
"Oh come on, just for a while. I'm sure **hyung wouldn't mind." He held my hands and gave me his puppy face. Rolling my eyes back and heaving out a sigh, I gave a little nod.
"Fine. But only for a while." His smile grew wider when I agreed. Stripping out from my jumpsuit, I slipped my helmet that was on the table and jumped onto my bike. Daehyun lead the way as I followed behind to wherever our destination is.
"The mall. Seriously ?" I gave Daehyun an unimpressed face as he dragged me around the mall.
"Yeah well, you work too hard and I figured you need a break. Come on." He pulled my hands and intertwined his fingers with mine. It was expected that he doesn't realize that I was blushing with just the tiniest things he does. Soon, I found myself in front of Coffee Bean, my favourite café.
"Pick anything you want. My treat." He let go of my hands and slung his arms over my shoulders instead, acting as though we're a couple. I turned slightly to look at him noticing that he had a wide smile plastered on, eyes twinkling but clouded... With love. Sighing inwardly, I looked up at the menu before picking my drink.
"One double chocolate coffee ice blend and one cheesecake." I quickly added in the cheesecake order before Daehyun could remind me about it.
"You know me too well." He said while poking my sides. I could only fake a smile. Yeah, I know you too well to tell that you're completely in love too. Before I could carry the tray, Daehyun had already took it from the counter and was already walking towards an empty table at the far edge of the café.
"Alright, spill. What do you want ?" I took a sit before sipping in a large amount of icy cold drink causing a mega brain freeze.
"Yah, drink slowly we don't want your migraine to come back now do we ?" At the same time, I clutched the left side of my head, squinting my eyes and scrunching my forehead as the migraine that Daehyun mention attacked.
"See. Aish this girl. Come here." I remained in that position not wanting to move. Noticing, Daehyun had moved his chair instead and sat next to me. With my eyes still shut, I felt his hands grabbing onto mine to release the grip I had on my head. Hesitantly letting go, I let his hands massaged my temples. Slowly, the throbbing pain subsided.
"I'm not a little girl anymore you know." I said softly, opening my eyes at the same time before pulling his hands away from my head.
"Yeah you're not but you're acting like one. I thought you'd know better than to drink that much cold water all in one shot." He scolded me while looking straight in my eyes, concern showing all over his face.
