A/N: Sorry for the late upload :( I had writer’s block… I also didn’t have much time in continuing the story but anyway, I’m here now :)
And btw I know that Avril Lavigne has blonde hair but just imagine her having midnight black hair ‘cause that’s how Cassandra looks like.
Now on with the story… Hope u like it! xD

Cassandra’s POV:
I slept the whole flight and didn’t even dare eat the plane’s food. What? I guess you find it weird huh? Well, I just don’t really like the smell of planes including their food. If I tried to eat their food, it will just make me throw up which is not good…
When I woke up, we were about to land in the Philippines. Hmmm, I just hope people here are nice and I hope they treat me warmly like in New York… I really miss my old friends and my best friend Alice. I wonder how Ali is now; I hope she is fine, I hope she takes good care of herself. Just thinking about her makes me cry but I forced myself not to. She was the only real person who truly cared about me. She was like a real sister to me already but now the only person who did care for me is gone. Tears threatened to spill but I managed not to cry in front of everyone. Another thing I hate is showing signs of weaknesses. I don’t want people to pity me, I don’t need it.
I felt the plane slowly start to land on the ground, I held tightly onto the sides of the seat I am sitting on. The plane went faster and roared loudly and finally stopped. People started standing up and some of them have already tried getting their baggage while some people piled up in a line ready to get out of the plane. Excited much? Tsss… I was the least one who is excited to leave among the people here. My family and I got out of the plane and got all our baggage and we strolled them until we reach the arrival area of the airport wherein lots of people are waiting for their relatives. I looked at my dad and saw that he was on the phone asking someone where they were. Well dad probably got someone to fetch us and bring us to our new home. Later on, we saw people waving at us frantically. Who the heck are they? We went near them and they started hugging each and every one of us. I froze as they did so. I'm just not used in getting touchy touchy with other people.
“You’re finally back! We have missed you so much dear brother. You still look so handsome” said one woman who looks like she is in her mid-30s and has an average height and tanned skin, not too dark and not too light, just enough to make her look pretty as she is. She looks like some sort of super model. Wow! Just wow!
“Yeah bro, you guys look really big time now huh? We have missed you so much man.” said another man who is holding the woman earlier. He looks really handsome and tall. I guess he is the woman’s husband judging from how he holds her by her waist.
“Hahaha I know I'm handsome, thank you. I missed you guys too. So how is mom and dad?” Adam, my dad asked them both.
“Well they’re both fine and are still very much in love with each other.” the woman, which is my aunt, said giggling with her husband.
“Hahaha I see, so how’s your family my dear sister?” asked my dad raising his an eyebrow.
“Well I am very much happy and contented with my husband, John and my 2 children, Maureen and Anna.” my aunt said happily staring lovingly at her husband’s eyes. Her husband gave her the same look.
How I wish I will find love like that. Love that never fades even throughout the time, even as we both grow older as years passes by. My thoughts were interrupted when I heard my name being called.
“Huh?” was all I managed to say.
“I said that you look so grown up. You look very pretty my niece, I’m guessing you have a boyfriend? Who’s the lucky guy?” my aunt smiled brightly at me. I couldn’t help but smile.
“Uhmm.. Actually no, I don’t have any boyfriend.” I told her smiling.
“Oh really? How come?” she asked me shocked.
“I guess I’m just not yet ready to have one and I can't seem to find the right guy.” I told her shrugging.
“Oh that’s why. Well I hope you find one here in the Philippines. There are lots of nice guys in here. Come on let’s all go to our van so we could head home. Mom, dad and some of our relatives are waiting for all of you.” my aunt said excitedly.
“Yeah let’s head home. I’m starving already.” my dad said laughing.
“Hahaha I see that you are still a glutton, always getting hungry.” my aunt giggled slightly.
“Oh you know me sis.” my dad smiled. Hmmm… it seems that my dad and my other relatives are really very close.
The whole car ride was noisy, my parents and Lourdes, my aunt and her husband kept chatting while my sister kept bugging me, asking me if there are hot guys in here. Ughh… how would I know if I haven’t been here in the Philippines? Minutes later, I fell into a deep sleep. I had a dream; it was a very weird one. It was about a mysterious guy whom in my dream lives next door and wait have I mentioned he has a look-alike? Maybe it’s his doppelganger? His twin? Or what?...
