By the way, I changed Claire's bf's name to Alex because keeping her bf in real life (Alex) and the one here (Adam) separate gave me a headache.
For the second time this week, I woke to cold arms pressing me tightly against a cold body. For some reason, the cold didn’t affect me; I was cocooned in blankets and completely comfortable. I closed my eyes again buried my head further into the crook of his neck, breathing in his mesmerizing scent.
I began to wake up more fully and realized that the cold body surrounding me had to be Romeos. I though for a moment about getting up but decided against it, remembering his reaction the last time we woke up in the same bed.
I shivered slightly, not from the cold, as I remembered the feeling of his lips presses against my skin and his tongue gently tracing the scrapes on my body. Behind my eyelids, a picture of him yesterday morning, naked but for his white, almost transparent, boxers began to form in my mind.
I started to feel cold against my palms and realized that they were presses between our bodies, lying flat against Romeo’s chest. I continued to reminisce in the pleasure he’d brought me, only to snap out of it when I felt something pressing against my abdomen. His chest started to shake slightly with laughter and I felt his cool breath begin to flow down my neck, next to my ear. My eyes shot open.
“I may not be able to read your thoughts, but I can still see and feel some of what you're thinking.” Romeos voice whispered.
My face immediately flushed scarlet, as I understood what he meant. Using my hands, which were already pressing against his chest, I tried to disentangle him from me, squirming slightly as I did so. Suddenly, Romeo’s arms tightened, stopping my movements.
“I would advise you,” His strained voice. “To stay still for a few minutes.”
I raised an eyebrow, confused. It took me a moment to realize that while I squirmed I’d been rubbing against the thing that had been pressed into my abdomen. I giggled slightly and began to move my hips a bit forward until I was once again pressed against his erection.
“Why?” I asked in an innocent voice, moving my hips more.
Romeo moved his hands to my hips and held them firmly to keep them still. He growled under his breath in frustration, which only encouraged me to tease him more.
“Human…” He forced out in a warning voice.
I laughed outright this time, he probably doesn’t even remember my name; he calls me human all the time.
Though his hands still held my waist, they couldn’t completely stop me from moving; a fact that I took full advantage of. I glanced at his face and found that he was looking up at the celling, trying to keep control.
He let out an involuntarily moan and I smirked happy to get back at him for making me utter similar noises. I pulled back slightly, trying to get out of the bed.
Suddenly he let out a feral growl, and then he was on top of me before I could process what was happening.
“You shouldn’t start what you don’t intend to finish, Human.” He warned, smirking.
“You should at least remember the name of the girl you shared a bed with.” I shot back.
He leaned down, pressing his erection into my core, and whispered in my ear. “I remember it, Juliet.”
I bit my bottom lip as his mouth began to drag down my neck. I could feel his fangs as they pulled down, tearing fragile skin as they went.
A gasp fled from my mouth as a flash of pain shocked my system. I felt the hot blood seep from the cut and down my neck, only to be stopped by Romeos tongue, lapping it up until his lips met the slash he’d created.
