Hi guys it's the Sunflower Child.

To begin with so that I get it out of the way being rude and disrespectful towards other WOMEN because you feel like you're better than them just because you get more likes on Instagram or because you dress ''better'' or simply because you're more popular. This is an issue when it comes to the FEMALE society these days. It's just shows what we as WOMEN take as a priority nowadays. This is why certain men don't take us seriously ... anyway.
I believe as WOMEN we are supposed to empower one another not compete and envy each other. In my opinion, it takes more energy to bring each other down than it takes to support one another. A lot of us WOMEN have low self-esteem because of what another WOMAN has said to us. If I could offer EVERY WOMAN any advice about self-esteem, it would be to forgo any thoughts of defining your self-worth and self-esteem via outlets like the mainstream society. It's just a trap that only leads to self esteem doubt, self-scrutiny and self-esteem issues. Therefore instead of DEGRADING each other we should SUPPORT and help one another believe and love our selves because 'love starts with self love'.
I didn't what to make this a race issue but I see so MANY BLACK WOMEN degrading each other almost as if fighting for a trophy. Already as a WOMAN this world looks down on us because of our gender... but in this society being a BLACK WOMAN is a double minority! We are judged off the pigment of our skin. The way I see it when we downgrade each other we downgrade the WHOLE race, its almost as if you're hating on yourself. Honestly, this is why we as BLACK people can't even unite because we are stuck on separating ourselves, and rebelling our skin colour. I call it the 'William Lynch Syndrome' and it's sad because that's too much power for a dead man. Not just us WOMEN but the whole black society needs to wake up and stop complaining about 'why the black community is this way' yet you can't speak on it or take the time to research your own ethnics and history. I'm sure 95% of you reading this don't even know who William Lynch is or what he did.
Anyway as I was saying we as WOMAN should support each others in business, school, work etc. I know I used to do these things, put people down for no good reason. BUT I'm not the same people I was then, or the same person I was a few months ago. If we do these things we will all succeed happily and the cycle will continue... but as far has who has the better body, or hair, or who can get 200+ likes on her instagram post we won't succeed. Why don't we compete over who can empower the most? Make it into something positive.
If I could put this message on a sky scrapper or a billboard that was large enough to be seen by anyone on this planet I would ..but I can't.
