Chapter 36

Alison POV

I wake up feeling the sun's ray tickling my face. I could hear the birds chirping and since then I knew it would be a good day.

I open my eyes and Stephon was fast asleep right beside me. I glance at the clock and it was already 8:30. We're going to be late.

"Stephon... wake up... we have work to go."

"Yes sweetheart."

"We have work to go to."

"I'm not feeling too well."

"What?" He lift his head out of the pillow and sneeze. "Bless you."

"I need a rag or something to wipe my face."

"I'll get it." I rush to the bathroom for a box fill with 2 ply tissue and back to him. I wipe his face with the tissue.

"What day is it?"

"Friday remember."

"I need to get out of this bed to go to work."

"No. You have to stay home. I'll just reschedule the meeting you have and I'll do the work you have left to do okay."

"No. I have to-" he sneeze again and then wipe his nose with the tissue. "I'm sorry. You need to leave this room before you catch it." He sneezes again then wipe his nose.

"Oh I'm not leave." He turn on his back. I look at his pale face with his eyes running water. "I told you not to go in the pool so late but no you didn't listen." He sneeze again.

"I just got carried away."

"Do you want some tea?"

"Coffee."

"I'm just going to brush my teeth." I walk to the bathroom and after I was finished brushing my teeth I bucked my toe on the jacuzzi. "Awwww." I cried out. That really hurt. I sit on the floor and rock to and fro holding my left foot that I hurt so bad.

"Ally are you okay?" I heard Stephon. He walk into the bathroom and stoop down infront of me. "What happened to your foot?"

"I hit it on the jacuzzi." He kiss my big toe which made it feel a lot better but still hurts.

"Better."

"Much."

He lift me off the floor bridal style and walk me to the bed where he placed me gently.

"Stay there. I don't want you hurting-" he sneezes again and wipe his nose, "that foot again." He sneeze 5 times again and wipe his nose.

"What do you want for breakfast?"

"Even if I eat shit I wouldn't taste it."

"I'll take that as a anything." I look out through the window and it looked like it was about to rain. A couple minutes ago the day looked so beautiful and now it so cloudy. I heard Stephon sneeze again.
I hurry to the kitchen, made coffee, toast and scrambled eggs and hurried back to the room where he was sneezing his heart out.

I sit beside him on the bed. "I'll feed you." I said.

"No thanks. I'm okay." I give him the plate.

"Do you want anything else?"

"A kiss.... but.... I don't want.... you to catch... the cold." He said between sneeze.

"I'll risk it." I joked. I kiss him on his cheek. "Anything else." He sneezes again.

"I want you to eat something." He sneeze 3 times again and wipe his nose.

"Just eat, get some sleep, I'll clean up and then eat something."
