Kalel's POV
I was shocked after the kiss, for those ten seconds, it felt like I was in a movie, our eyes were in contact, and everything felt so, relaxing. "Well, we're here." Joey and I walked out of the car, when suddenly we heard a "Good morning burries, it's actually morning!" Joey looked at me teasingly. "I'm going to scare her, play along, alright?" "Got it." He ran up quickly and gave her a jump, then lifted her up and squeezed her tight. "I'm here too!" "This is Joey, and this is Kalel, they're going to be in a music video with me soon, turns out, Joey and I play the love interests! I hope Jimmy's ok with it! Ha ha, just kidding, he is." I noticed the words 'love interests' and got discouraged. What if I tell Joey that I like him, but he ends up going for Meghan? It got me really confused, and I didn't really say anything the entire time that we were at the gym. I was on the treadmill with Joey and Meghan, they were talking about the Amazing Race, being in Ruckus together, they even discussed the time that they made burgers from sugar packets! I got really jealous, but Meghan's my friend, I don't want her getting hurt, and I don't want things to get awkward between me and Joey. "Hey Joey, I'm going to get a smoothie, want to come? I think they have strawberry!" "Don't you mean strawBURRY?" "Ha ha, easy tiger, Kalel, you want to come too, right?" "No thanks, I'll stay here."
While they were gone, I tried to picture what might happen, I'm sure nothing much will happen there, but I thought of the odds of me and Joey actually being together. He's known Meghan since the WinterSpringPro days, he's only known me for a month or two, which basically puts my odds down to zero, but, honestly, you never know what could happen in LA.
