Recently, a rumor has been sweeping across England of a mysterious hellhound on the loose. The Phantomhive manor has yet another case to solve again....

It was a bright early morning outside the manor of the young earl. Finny was tending to the gardens as usual with (Y/n) helping him water the plants in the process. The strawberry-blond boy was always so enthusiastic in lighting up the atmosphere. (Y/n) and him would laugh and talk about how the others act or funny moments in the manor. It was an easy-going conversation. Finny watched (Y/n) smile and laugh with her angelic soft voice. He would blush a light tint of pink whenever he stole a glance at (Y/n) as she was working from time to time. Finny enjoyed (Y/n)'s company very much to be honest. It is what makes his day more livelier and lovable.

Time passed quite fast, as Sebastian entered into the scene to get (Y/n). Sebastian motioned (Y/n) to follow him and so she did, after waving a goodbye and flashing a smile at Finny. Finny waved back in goodbye and faked a smile, he felt a pit of jealously stir within him... Once Sebastian and (Y/n) left, Finny looked at his flowers darkening his gaze, "(Y/n) is mine! She is not his!"

Finny then quickly changed personalities and was back to his cheery self again, as he sang, "Well then, flowers! Let me get you all in good shape~!"

(Y/n) and Sebastian arrived to Ciel's office for the urgent occasion. Ciel had his hands together with his eyebrows furrowed in dismay. The young earl monotonously announced, "We have a new case from the Queen of England. There is apparently news of a death hound running amuck causing chaos in Houndsworth, a village run by Henry Barrymore. We are to investigate the problem immediately."

Sebastian bowed while (Y/n) curtsied in acknowledgment.

"A death hound... That sounds scary..."
thought (Y/n), as she wondered how a death hound looks like.

Suspicion towards the sounds at the door, Sebastian opens the door as four people fell in: Meyrin, Tanaka, Bard, and Finny. They were eavesdropping. Ciel covered his own face in stress and muttered, "What is it that you all want?"

Finny chirped, "We wanna go with our young master as well! The more the merrier!"

Ciel glanced at Sebastian and gave a quirk nod. Sebastian then went to prepare the carriage. The young earl turned to the four three on the floor and answered, "So be it." Ciel knew if he did not bring them along the four, they would destroy his manor from doing who knows what, while he was out.

Everyone managed to fit inside an extra large carriage and were off to go investigate Houndsworth of the mysterious canine.

After a few hours, they reached at a dreary dark resort that was supposed to be reported suspicious. Outside a dead bare tree had collars and bones hanging from its branches giving an eerie aura. Apparently, dog fights were a ritual here in this village where the Queen of England wants it to be put to a halt. The population of Houndsworth has decreased significantly due to the alleged murders of the demon hound. Sebastian surveyed the area where he could see an abundance of lone dogs and frowned his lips in disgust, "I dislike dogs..."

Ciel was amused, "Why?"

Sebastian just answers, "I just do not like dogs, young master..."

(Y/n) teased, "So are you a cat-lover?"

Sebastian looked away saying, "If you want to put it that way... Yes."

The Phantomhive servants, Meyrin, Bard, and Finny ran to Henry Barrymore's castle with Sebastian, (Y/n), and Ciel trailing behind to announce their arrival. Upon arrival, the door to Henry's castle opened and a maid with white hair and dark purple eyes greeted them. Her beauty made everyone, except (Y/n), transfixed on her. Finny was immediately head over heals for her. (Y/n) felt a little irked how Finny and Bard were so easy to fall for looks. (Y/n) stared at the female before them and felt a weird vibe coming off of her. She did not like the woman at all. Then, a gruff voice of a man, presumedly the maid's master, came and whipped the maid, scolding her that she greeted them without him. Sebastian stopped the man from whipping the maid. Despite (Y/n) already making dubious assumptions towards the maid, she did not like how the maid's master whipped the maid; that was too cruel and inhumane. The man is Henry Barrymore. The master put away his whip awkwardly, as Sebastian just glared at him to stop abusing the maid. He looked at (Y/n) with dirty interest, before he greeted, "Well hello to you all today! What brings the young earl 'ere today, eh? Sorry for ruining the mood!"
