Chapter 7

I was silent on the way to the Mystery Shack. "You OK?" Dipper asked at one point. "Yes..." I mumbled. He sighed. The golf cart suddenly stopped. I held on to the golf cart, hitting my head in the process.

It was late at night. Around midnight actually. I silently crawled out of the Mystery Shack. I sat down by the kids and started singing.
So many years, so many dark memories
So many fears we've now put to ease
Pain makes you do things you never knew you could do
Is this all real?
Or just déjà vu?
And now the party's over.
And the guests are gone.
Its already past our bedtime
Its already almost dawn...
Just like balloons we soar on our own
Finally free from the pain of our home
And just like balloons that no one will hold
Free from the truth, that no one will know..
Just little children.
Not at all strange.
Until the lights went out.
And everything changed.
Alone and afraid
For oh so long
Wondering what, did we do wrong.
Nows the party's over.
And everyone's red.
I feel sick to my stomach.
Or am I sick in the head?

I finished. I sighed. I then noticed a shadow. "Dipper?"I asked. The figure nodded. "How much of that did you here?" I asked. "All of it." He said. I could tell I was as redder than a tomato. "But I'm  horrible singer.." I mumbled. "No your not Y/n. Your a beautiful singer." Dipper said as I played with my h/c hair. "Well.. Erm.. Y/n?" Dipper asked. "Yeah Dipper?" I responded. "Don't hate my for this but.. Will you be my girlfriend?" Dipper asked quietly. I was silent. "No? Oka-" I cut Dipper of by smashing my lips onto his. (That was hard to word ;-;) At first he was surprised. But he soon started kissing back. After a minute we separated. "That was-" I started. "Amazing." Dipper finished. I managed to find a way to lay on his lap. "I love you Dipper." I whispered. "I love you too Y/n." Dipper replied.
   I woke up in the forest. At first I panicked but then saw Dipper. I looked at the sky to see it was still night. I sighed and fell back asleep.
"Y/n. Wake up!" A voice whispered. I groaned and rolled over. The source of the voice stabbed me with a stick. I shot up immediately. I looked up to see Dipper. I suddenly remember what day it was. "Got anything to say to me DipStick?" I asked. "I love you." Dipper did smiling a crooked grin. My heart broke a little bit. He forgot my birthday... "Im gonna go shopping today. Wanna come?" I asked Dipper. He shrugged. "Sure." He said. I then went in the mystery shack and got a f/c shirt on with a s/f/c hat and bowtie. I found Dipper downstairs in the shack, working in the gift shop. "Hey Y/n! I'm sorry but I have to work.. I can't go shopping with you." Dipper said.
Dipper POV
I watched her face drop. "Oh.. Well.. Bye then..." She said walking out the door.  A few minutes after she left I closed the mystery shack. Me and Mabel put up decorations and made a cake saying: 'Happy Birthday Y/n!' In f/c icing. Ford turned the light of and hid, showing that Y/n was coming. We all hid.
Your POV
I walked to the Mystery Shack to see it was closed. The door was off, the lights were off etc. I pulled out my key to the mystery shack Dipper gave me. I opened the door. "Guess they went out without me.." I mumbled. I turned the lights on. "SURPRISE Y/N!" Shouted a bunch of people. Dipper came up to me. "Didja really think I forgot you're birthday Y/n? I've known you since we were 8." He said. "Touche." I laughed, pecking him on the cheek. "SCRAPBOOKERTUNITY!" Mabel shouted taking a picture of me kissing his cheek. "Uh.. Mabel?" Dipper said. "What?" Mabel replied. "We're kind of a thing now." I said. She gasped. "Since when?!?!" She asked in disbelief. "Last night.." Dipper mumbled. Mabel squealed. "Mabel! I just got the greater idea!" I exclaimed. She looked at me. "We should camp in the woods!" I shouted. Mabel nodded her head vigorously. "Except we need a tent..." She thought aloud. "Meh, it'll be fine.." I said.
That night
"Y/n truth or dare?" Mabel asked. "Hmmmm.. Dare!" I said. "I dare you and Dipper to sleep in the woods." She said. "Fine.." I groaned. Me and Dipper walked into the forest. We sat close together. He held my hand. He moved his thumb across my wrist. He looks at me, surprised. "Y/n...." I looked away and yanked my wrist away. "I'm going to sleep.." I muttered. There was then an unbearable pain in my chest.
