Cara's Outfit for School shown above

Maybe I'm just an unlucky girl, or I'm destined to always be disturbed by him. I groaned in stressfulness.

"Cody!" I exclaimed. He turned his head to look at me. "Can you please get off your phone?" I pleaded. He rolled his eyes and put his phone back down.

"You can't control my life, baby girl" He whispered in my ear. I scoffed. "Well right now I can, because you are in my house" I said. "And that is the last thing I want" I added.

He chuckled. "Feisty. I like it" He smirked.

"Can my life be any worst?" I groaned, throwing my hands up in the air.

"Babe-" "Don't call me babe" "Princes-" "Don't call me princess" "Babygi-" "Shut up!" I exclaimed.

I groaned in frustration and stomped out of my room, walking down the stairs.

"Is everything okay?" My mom asked. I nodded, faking a smile.

"It's been going great"

Mom raised an eyebrow. "I don't want to find the two of you doing something else other than that project, if you know what I mean" She said.

I froze and turned to look at her slowly.

"Mom!" I complained. "I don't like him in that way!" I shouted.

She chuckled and continued cooking. "Whatever you say, dear" She laughed.

Sometimes, I hate it when my mom becomes like this. I don't like Cody, not even as a friend.

I poured a glass of orange juice and nutella, walking up the stairs, going to my room.

For the second time this week, I bumped into a hard chest.

This time, not Cody's. "Sorry" I muttered. "Sorry" Brian mocked, being the annoying but over-protective brother he is. I rolled my eyes and walked past him.

"Mom! I'll be back at 10:00!" I heard Brian yell. "Where are you going?!" I yelled. "Somewhere!" He replied.

I sighed and walked back in my room.

"Who's that?" Cody asked. "Someone" I said simply. He looked at me in suspicion. I laughed. "My brother" I said. "What? He doesn't know I'm here?" He asked.

I sighed, crossing my arms. "So you want him to know you're here?" I asked. Cody shook his head vigorously. "He'll beat my ass off if he knows I'm in your room" He said. I smiled. "Exactly" I said. "You're covering up for me?" He asked. I nodded hesitantly. "That's nice" He teased. I rolled my eyes. "Oh, shut up" I said.

"Come on, we need to finish this project by tomorrow" I said. Cody nodded, and this time, he really did continue on doing it.

"By the way, good job on sending me into detention after school" I rolled my eyes, putting the finished project in my backpack.

"You're welcome" He smirked.

I rolled my eyes and sighed. "We're done with our project, now it would be great if you get out of my house" I said, smiling evilly.

He chuckled, leaning closer to my face. "Babe, I'm not going away. It'll be great if I can stay the night" He whispered seductively in my ear, kissing my cheeks gently.

I shivered. I was frozen. I couldn't do anything. I don't know why, but my mind keeps on telling me to push him away, but my body won't move. Not even an inch.
