I am proud to live in the land of the free,
A gift that was earned and given to me.
Together they have stood and fought bravely,
The men and women of the Marines, Air force, Army and Navy.
Some may question the decision to fight,
Deciding on their own if it is wrong or right.
Old men may say our youth should come home,
Have they forgotten who granted the freedom they have know.
Men and Women in uniform stand with honor and pride,
Though I may not agree with the politics in spirit I am by your side.
Thank-you to the Soldiers who through history and now,
Represent American and provide her with power.
