Beyond Control (Niley Story)

Part 12

Chapter 3. The arrival.

<<3hours later>>

Miley looked out of the window and asked the pilot," Are we safe?"

"Yes. I flew in this kind of weather before. You are safe. And call me Josh." The pilot said and handed Miley a name card.

"Miley, come and take a look at the map." Joe asked.

"Coming.  Did you figure out the map?" Miley asked and sat down next to Joe.

"There is no safe landing down there." Joe said.

"What?! I thought you say we can land safely?"

"Sorry but I think we got to take a rough ending." Josh interrupted. "I don't really know how it is like down there."

"Is the plane going to be crashed?" Mandy asked.

"Nope but there will be some damage. Probably need some fixing." Josh replied as the plane fly in circle above the island. 

"I'm so sorry Josh for getting you into all these." Miley apologized.

"It's not really your fault. We are going to land soon. Seatbelts everyone. " Josh ordered.

Joe placed all the map back in the suitcase and went back to seat with Miley and Mandy.

"Here we go!" Josh said and he blast the jet with full force. The jet jerked as Josh forced the plane against the gravity. As the plane lowered itself, Miley could clearly see the island. It was beautiful, those trees and the beauty of nature. It's like they went back to thousands years ago where there were no pollution on earth.

"Prepare landing." The system sounded and with a bright flash, they were heading towards a mountain.

"Joe, are we going to crash?" Miley asked scarely. The plane jerked again and this time, it threw the three of them out of the seat. 

"Miley, hold on to me. Hurry!" Joe and Mandy raised their hand tried to pull Miley who were at the other corner of the room.

"We going to land near the water. Joe,hold on to them." Josh said and with a big bang, the force threw Miley to another corner and she fainted.

<<At the Crash Scene>>

"Miley? Miley wake up!"

"Ouch." Miley felt a push and opened her eyes.

"Josh? What happened?"

"We crashed. You wait for a while. I will get you out of the wreckage." Josh picked up some wooden stick and made his way into the wreckage.

"Hang on." Josh tired to pull Miley out by force but she seemed to be trapped in the wreckage.

"Josh... I think I'm bleeding." Miley said as she felt her wet pants. 

"Just wait for a second." Josh used a wooden branch and created a hole in the wreckage. 

"Miley try to climb out!"

Pain was felt as Miley tried to climb out with all the strength she had left. After struggling for 10 minutes, Josh finally could reached Miley and pulled her out.

"Are you ok?" Josh carried Miley to a shaded area.

"Pain...Pain...." Miley said as she tried to catch her breath. Josh examined Miley and found her leg injured by shattered glass. Josh ran back to the wreckage and searched for first aid kit, hoping that it is not gone. Luckily, he found it undamaged in a metal box. He took it and ran back to Miley.

"Didn't know a pilot can do a paramedics's job." Miley said weakly.

"It's part of our trainning. It's done."

"Where's Mandy and Joe?" 

"uh... I don't know."

"What??'

"They were threw out of the plane when the plane broke into two."

"Will they be alive?" Miley said in a trembling voice. 

"Yes they will be." Josh tried to sound more opitimistic but he knew the chances are small. "We better get to a river or something. You are still bleeding. We have to clean your wound before it is infested." 

Josh carried Miley and started searching for water resources. To their surprise, there was a small pond near them and they settled down. 

"All done."Josh siad as he finished cleaning the wound.

"Thanks. What are we going to do?" Miley smiled weakly at Josh.

"Find the guy you want to find and try to contact with the outside world."

"I feel so sorry for you Josh! You got into all these trouble because of me. All of you got into trouble because of me. Mandy, Joe and Nick. I'm suck a troublemaker!" Miley said and broke down. " I should have just died during the accident three years back and all of you would not have met me!"

"I might mot fuly understand what you just said but Miley, it's not your fault!" Josh said as he tried to cool Miley down but Miley was not listening.

"Miley!"Josh shouted and hugged Miley tightly. " Stop saying this! Everyone will be ok!"

Babe, listen to me ok?" Josh wiped the tears off Miley's face.

"Alright." Miley sniffed.

As the sun sets down, Miley and Josh camped near the pond. Josh went to search for some fallen branch to set up a fire while Miley went back to the wreckage, hoping to find any tools that would be useful to them. Just as Josh returning back to pond, he tripped onto something and fell. He turned around to see what he trapped and to his horror, it was a body with blood stained all over it! 

"Miley!? Miley!? I think I found someone!"Josh exclaimed in horror!
