So it's that time the time all us dread I'm speaking of exams of course where most of us are stressed out of our minds or maybe your nervous for a big event coming up well then the third and final scenario is for you.
Like scenario one lay down or sit down in a comfortable position and close your eyes and place yourself in your peaceful place and again as much detail as possible and explore your place for as long as desired and during the process you'll find yourself forgetting about all that stress caused for whatever reason maybe it's exams maybe it's a big event coming up
