Isabelle's POV

I found myself almost disappointed when the lap timer went off and the boys stopped running...not because I was getting some sick pleasure from torturing them, which I totally was...but it was nice watching 3 attractive sweaty boys running around the gym... but that's life...all good things must come to an end.

*All three boys immediately make a B-line for the water fountain and then rejoined the girls in the center of the mat*

(Taylor) what's wrong? you look a little winded there...*teasing*

(Joe) I'm thinking you might just be pure evil in a leotard

(Taylor) awww...now that's the sweetest thing some out of shape, pretty boy rockstar has ever said to me *snarky*

*Joe smirks*

(Isabelle) alright now...what do you guys know so far?...who has the most gymnastics experience?

(Kevin) I'm the only one that's had actual gymnastics training ...I took it when I was younger...Nick pretty much self taught from watching me...and then Joe...well, he's kinda clumsy so flying through the air doesn't really work out for him so much.

(Joe)Thanks Kev, love you man...mean it...

(Taylor) Ok how 'bout we run through skills and if you can do it you show us...we will start simple...standing bridge

*both Kevin and Nick succeed...Joe...not so much*

(Isabelle) Handstand *Again, Kevin and Nick do well enough, Joe attempts and nearly hurts himself*

(Isabelle) Ok, Joe...why don't you sit for a minute so you don't hurt yourself while we figure out what we have to work with...

*rolling his eyes Joe sits down*

(Taylor) cartwheel

(Joe) OOH! I can do that *hops up and does something somewhat resembling a cartwheel*

(Isabelle) oooh...that...was...not a cartwheel but good attempt... SIT

*Joe pouts and sits back down*

(Taylor) ok...wait what type of skills are you guys wanting to do on stage?

(Nick) *shrug* back flips maybe I dunno and some sort of flip from one of the levels of the stage

(Taylor) a back tuck? Or a back handspring?

(Nick) both? Kev and I can already do them they are just rough...but I'll be doing most of the flipping...at least on this stage who knows about future tours.

(Taylor) Ok then show me your back handspring

*Nick demonstrates*

(Taylor) Ok...that's a little different that's a back handspring step out...but not bad..

*Nick smiles proudly*

(Isabelle) don't smile yet...it wasn't good either *smirk*

*Joe laughs*

(Taylor) but it was WAY better than Joe's attempt at a cartwheel *flashing a smirk at Joe*

(Isabelle) Ok, your hands need to be closer to your head when you are flipping so that you are getting more height otherwise you could potentially smack your head which would put a definite damper on your show, and when you start out...your knees shouldn't be over your feet they should be parallel like you are sitting in a chair...

(Taylor) you need to work on conditioning to ready your shoulders and back...why don't you work with Nick and Kevin on conditioning and I'll take Joe...and....figure something out.
