Its been a couple of weeks since I told Stefan how I felt but he hasn't really talked to me. Why?

I was walking to the mystic grill when someone covered my mouth with hands. It all went black.
I woke up in a cell with Stefan beside me.
"Stefan?"
I know its short but I have been so busy with school and cheer and can I just say season 6 is on Netflix and I cried. Okay anyways give me some ideas for my next chapters and I will be updating more.
