"What?!",I yelled in shock.
"It's me darling." The voice whispered.
"Who?" I said getting quieter out of fright.
"You'll find out soon, dear."
"Tell me!" I screamed behind my rushed breathing as I felt my eyes pool with water and my vision getting blurrier by the second.
"Hush little baby, don't you cry everything's gonna be alright" it sang majestically.
I did as I was told and just sat on the bed, naked, crying, dying. How did he do this to me?! Why did he do this to me?! What's going on?! The thoughts rushed through my mind like Niagara Falls, killing anything that tried to interfere.

"Do you want to just get out of here?"
-"No."-
"What? No?!"
-"I want to stay right here"-
"Fine. i will leave."
-"...with you, baby, with you"-

After what felt like weeks, the door knob twisted so very slowly back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, until the door slowly creaked open while my brain signaled my body to find anyway to escape before I would see what was going to emerge into the room. If only would have just followed my instincts instead of just sitting there letting it take over my life.
