*Two years later*

"Just stay here Kellin. I'll be right back." My mom slowly walked out of the throne room with her maid helping her. I sat down in the throne right next to my mom's. It was really annoying, all this prince stuff. I wasn't meant to be flaunted around for everyone to be seen. It doesn't help that I'm majorly depressed. It's been two years since the night my father died. Since the last time I had seen Vic.

Vic had disappeared in a instant along with the whole village of people. With my mom passing a new law, gypsies are starting show up. They dance on the streets and even live in the houses. They get no discrimination anymore. Sure everyone was hesitant at first but after the first year, it was like nothing happened. Absolutely nothing. A knock on the main door startled me. I sighed.

"Come in." I hid my face in my hands. Where was my mom? "The queen is away but she should be back soon."

"I didn't come to talk to the queen." My head shot immediately up to be met with Anciano.

"Anciano..." The old man smiled at me. I looked at the people behind him. They had the tight black suits with a cloth covering their mouths. None of them were looking at me. Anciano bowed and the people behind him kneeled.

"Prince Kellin. Hopefully soon to be King." I blushed, a small laugh escaping my lips.

"Please come sit." The old man waved his hand to signal that he wasn't going to sit.

"I just wanted to check on you." I walked over in front of him, playing with my hands nervously.

"And how are you? The others too?"

"I'm afraid the years have not been kind to us. We moved our camp to another area only to start a war with the people nearby." He tapped his cane on the ground. "It was a complete accident. We've lost so many people."

"You're always welcome to come back." I said quickly. He chuckled.

"I might have to take you up on that offer soon." He put his hand on my shoulder. "We miss you."

"Even Vic?"

"I don't know." I put my hand above my heart. I think it just shattered. "He doesn't really speak to anyone. You are a tough wound to heal because you're still alive."

"Yeah. Well he is too. Everything feels wrong without him." I wiped the tear from my eye, putting on a fake smile. "Anyways, I hope everything gets better and I get to see you guys more often. I miss the village." Anciano nodded.

"Yes. I must be going but I shall be back." I was surprised when he pulled me into a hug but hugged back. He pulled away after a few seconds. "Goodbye."

"Bye." I watched the old man shuffle off with the men he brought in. I noticed that one of the people dressed in the tight clothing was lagging behind. I ignored it, turning back to my seat. I can't say I was really surprised when my arms were held behind my back. I looked down as a dagger was slid across my side. It didn't even graze my skin. It was like the person was playing?

"You're dead." I tensed.

"I figured that." I turned to look at the person but their face was still covered. I pulled everything away. "Vic?" He smiled.

"Hi." I did what I first thought of. I smacked him hard across the cheek. He held the area and looked back at me with shock written on all of his features. "What was that for?" My face was burning red with anger.

"Hi? Hi?!" I clenched my fists. "After two fucking years 'hi' is the only thing you can say to me?! You've got-" he cut me off by crushing his lips against mine. I wanted to be mad at him. I really did but I went so long without him. I wrapped my arms around his neck, feeling his hands on my shoulder blades to hold me closer.

"I tried to get back but the whole wa-"

"Are you staying?" He backed away. He was as gorgeous as I remembered him. He cracked a big smile. He knelt down, holding his hands in mine.

"If you'll have me."

"I'm not going to forgive you easily. It's going to take you awhile." He squeezed my hands.

"I have forever." He stood up to whisper in my ear. "Only with you though." I narrowed my eyes playfully.

"It's going to take a lot of groveling."

"Everyday. I will get on my knees and beg." I opened my mouth to reply but he put his hand over so I couldn't talk. "Just shut up and marry me." I smack his hand away. His eyebrows drew together. He thought I was going to reject him. I put my hands on his shoulders and look into his eyes.

"Gladly." He held my face in his hands as he leaned down to give me the most perfect kiss. "I love you."

"I love you too."
