Chapter 2

**Liam's point of view**
I got up this morning and woke the lads up. I didn't wake Layla up because she gets grumpy when she doesn't get her sleep, reminds me of louis.
"Harry! Niall! Louis! Get up!" I called. Harry woke up with a major bed head and Niall woke up hungry as always.
"Wheres Lou?"i asked.
"Probably in his room still" harry said.
I checked his room. He wasn't there.
"Not in there." I told the boys.
"Emm Liam he's in your sisters room." Harry said peeking into her room.
Niall peeked his head in.
"Aww, they look so cute." He got his phone out and snapped a picture.
"Leave them alone" i said guiding the boys away from her room.
Niall posted the picture of louis and Layla on Instagram and captioned it,"@louist91 And @laylapayne lovebirds! Ship name: laylou"
I rolled my eyes and harry looked at the post on his phone.
"Nice one niall, laylou" harry laughed.
Harry reposted it and said "#repost from @niallhoran i ship laylou"

**laylas point of view**
When i woke up louis was still sleeping with his arms around me. I grabbed my phone on the nightstand next to me.
There were a bunch of comments on my page saying, "laylou is real", "i ship laylou", "can you confirm #laylou?".
Niall tagged me in a post. A picture of me and Lou sleeping. Great thats where #laylou came from.
I decided to confirm it. I took a selfie of lou and i cuddled together. I captioned it,"my loubear😘❤️🙈@louist91"
Louis woke up a little while after me.
"Good morning angel" he said as i handed him his phone.
"Love? What is #laylou?" He asked.
"Fans and ship name. Does that answer your question?"i said.
"Yes love" he said."smile"
He took a picture of us. Him kissing my cheek and me smiling.
He posted it and captioned it "my angel 😍😘❤️😇#laylou"
"Get ready love, I'm taking you out." He said.
He put his phone down and threw me over his shoulder like a sack of presents and he was Santa claus.
"Nice bum" i said and slapped his bum playfully.
"Thanks i work out" he said jokingly.
"Stupid." I teased him.
He let me down when we got to the kitchen.
"Morning laylou" harry said.
We both turned around.
"Bed head harry." I said as i put his hair up in a bun.
"Fabulous!" Louis said jokingly.
"Would you like a bun too love?" I teased.
"No I'm ok" he laughed.
He gave me 3 pancakes cute into hearts with strawberries and whipped cream.
"Thank you love" i said and kissed his cheek.
I took my phone out and snapped a picture of his masterpiece of pancakes.
I posted it and in the caption said,"yum😋 @louist91 #laylou"
"I see you two are embracing the #laylou thing" niall said.
"Fans are gonna figure out layla and i are dating anyways might as well tell them straight away" louis said.
I finished my pancakes and put the plate in the sink.
"Im going to get ready Lou" i said and kissed his cheek. "Where are we going?"
"Playing football" louis said.
"Alright" i said. When i lived with my mum i grew up playing it and im not going to lie, i was pretty good. I loved it but then i got older and i got a job and things changed. I also did horse back riding and I'm not going to say too much about that because ill start getting home sick.
I walked into my bedroom and slipped on my old football jersey "Payne 93" it read and i put on my soccer sweats. I packed a bag with shin guards, cleats, a ball, and socks. I put my hair into a messy pony tail and did some simple make up. Just eyeliner, mascara, and lip gloss. I don't use foundation and all that stuff because honestly i don't need it.
"Ready love?" Louis asked.
"Lets go" i said.
"WAIT!" Liam said.
"Liiiammm!" I whined.
"Im just taking a picture!" He said.
I got louis on back and kissed his cheek for the picture.
"Cute!" He said like a girl.
"Send it to me li!" I yelled as louis walked out the door with me on him back.
"My truck!" I told him.
"Alright, keys?"he said.
I gave them to him and sat in the passenger seat.
We drove out of the driveway and headed to the park.
I turned the radio on and "infinity" came on.
"Do you want me to change it love?" I asked.
"No its fine" louis said.
Hey just because my brother is in one direction and my boyfriend is too doesn't mean i cant still be a directioner!
I sang along to the song with louis it was pretty fun.
I got a text.
"Meet me at the park. And bring your little lover with you!" -cole
"Whats wrong love?" Louis asked.
"Cole." I said.
"What happened now?"
"He wants us to meet him at the park" i said.
"Alright then we meet him in the park if thats what he wants!" Louis said.
"Louis! I cant let you get hurt, AGAIN." I scolded.
"He needs to leave you alone love! He needs to learn a lesson!" Louis said as we parked near the park.
"Alright" i finally gave in.
Louis came around and opened the door for me. I jumped into his arms and he set me down.
Before we left to go see what cole wanted louis leaned me against the car. Slowly leaned in and kissed me.
"What was that for?" I asked.
"Because i love you"
I took my bag and held his hand. We found cole by the grassy area.
"What do you want cole?" I asked.
"I want to get back together, thats what i want"he said.
"Its not happening cole!" I said.
Louis walked up from behind me and wrapped his arm around my waist.
"This could be us Layla...it could have been" he said. "But you fell for Tomlinson"
"What do you want from me cole!" I shouted.
"I want to be together again! I don't want to start a fight! I just want, you!" He shouted.
"You had your chance and you blew it! We are done and you need to move on!" I said and louis and i walked away.
We started to the soccer field and started taking shots. Louis played goalie and i shot.
"Not bad lay, not bad at all!" He said impressed.
I made 10/12 shots.
Louis was not taking shots and i was goalie. I blocked all of the shots except one.
"Do you play goalie?" He asked.
"Nope, forward" i said.
Soon we left the park and went to go eat lunch. We took our food in the car and headed back home. We stopped at nandos to get something for Niall.
"Were home!" I shouted."Liam???"
"Niall? Harry?" Louis shouted.
Out of no where the boys smashed a pie in mine and louis' face.
They broke out in laughter.
"Youve got a little something there" i said to louis.
And i kissed. Him.
"Mmm, coconut creme pie!" He laughed.
"Awww you guys make everything adorable! We wanted this to be funny." Harry said.
"Here Niall" i said handing him his food.
"NANDOS! Thanks laylou" he said as he sat down in the kitchen.
**louis' point of view**
I led Layla to the couch and she snuggled up next to me. I turned on a movie for us and made popcorn.
"Louis!" She whined.
"Yes love?" I said.
"I love you!"she blew me a kiss.
" i love you more than words can describe" i said and caught her kiss.
I went to the kitchen to start making the pop corn. I got out a bag from the pantry but then instead i saw kettle corn, Layla's favorite. Liam probably bought it for her before he had his run in with cole.
"Here lay" i said handing her the bowl i filled with kettle corn.
"Thanks love" she said as i sat down and she cuddled up. I put my arm around her and gave a kiss on the forehead. She leaned her head on my shoulder.
Man, Ive been wanting to be with Layla since the X-factor days but she had cole at that time. But now here she is in my arms and i never want to lose her.
"Is it movie night?" Harry exclaimed taking a seat on the couch.
"Mhmm" Layla said as she watched the movie.
Liam walked in after harry and gave me an "I'm watching you" look but i knew was joking.
After Liam, Niall came in. "Were out of tea!" He said.
Layla propped her head up from my shoulder. "Then go get some!" She ordered.
"Don't have a car" Niall said.
"Ill be back louis" she said as she kissed my cheek.
She swung her hips as she walked away. I smiled and shook my head. Layla needs tea to survive, not really but she will get grumpy without it.
**Layla's point of view**
I was walking to the front door and as i did i swung my hips a little for louis. I turned my head and he was smiling then he shook his head.
"Come on Niall" i said as i walked out the front door.
I started up the truck, Niall in the passenger seat and i was driving.
I drove out of the drive way and to the nearest store.
When we got there we went in. Not surprised to see cole there too.
"Are you stalking me cole!" I asked.
"No,i just-" i cut him off.
"Cole you had your chance and you blew it. I don't care if you were drunk and i don't want to get back together. I have security guards now, eyes everywhere cole. Don't make me use them." I whisper shouted.
"Layla there you are-"Niall walked up to me and cole.
"Come one Niall lets go" i said and turned away.
I grabbed three boxes, candy, and cookies. We checked out and headed to the car.
"What was that about?" He asked.
"He wants to get back together" i said.
"What about louis?" Niall asked.
"No I'm not getting back together with him. I love louis and i hate to say it but i loved him all this time i just never realized because of cole"i said.
"Thats adorable" he joked.
"I just want louis, not cole. Nobody else and he doesn't understand that!" I exclaimed.
"You realize security guards can take care of that problem really fast."Niall said.
"Niall i can fix my own problems." I said as we pulled into the driveway.
I opened the front door and walked into the kitchen. I put the tea in the pantry and took out the candy and cookies. I brought them over to louis.
"Hello angel" he said giving me a kiss.
"I missed you love" i said as i snuggled up next to him and handed him the cookies.
"Thank you love" he said and wrapped his arm around me.
The movie was towards the end. It was 4:00 when it was finished.
"Come lay, i have a surprise for you." He said leading me to the backyard.
The boys' backyard was huge you could fit multiple houses back there.
Louis told me to close my eyes and i did. He led me far out.
"Alright open them love" he said.
"Oh my gosh! THUNDER!" I exclaimed.
Thunder was my horse. I have had him since i was 16 years old but i have had many horses before him. In fact at my mum's we still have 7 more horses but counting thunder its 8. But now he is here and i missed him so much.
I grabbed louis hand and led him inside his stall. I wrapped my arms around thunder's neck.
"I missed you boy" i whispered.
Louis smiled.
"Thank you Lou!"i said and i gave him a hug. He kissed my forehead and wrapped his arms around my waist.
"I love you Layla and i would give you the world!" He whispered.
"I love you more than words can describe!" I whispered.
I let go and he let go.
"Ride him" louis said.
"Seriously?" I said.
"Yep!" Louis smiled.
I took thunder out of his stall and tied him up to a post. I took his halter of and put the bridle on slipping the reins over his head. I took the yellow saddle bad and put it on him then the saddle over it. I tightened the girth and buckled everything up. Next i put his yellow polo wraps on.
"Ready?" Louis said.
"Yup" i said.
I hopped on thunder and started running him. His black body glistened in the light and his white mane was soft as silk. He was beautiful.
"You look good on him" louis smirked.
I smiled and shook my head.
"Hold him" i said while walking away.
I set up a jump. It was about 3 ft tall.
I got on thunder and trotted him towards the jump. We jumped and knocked down one pole.
"We need a little more practice. Don't we boy?" I said. His ear turned to me.
I jumped for about an hour and then unsaddled him and groomed him. Then i put him away. I fed him and shut the stall door.
"Louis" i said sweetly and walking over to him.
"Yes love?"he was leaning against the wall.
I played with his hair a little.
"I love you" i said.
"I love you more than words can describe" he said and he pulled me in close and kissed me.
Thunder nudge his head.
"He likes you!" I giggled
"I think he just doesn't want me kissing you" he smiled.
"Come on love" i dragged louis back inside.
We walked into the living room and he tackled me onto the couch.
"Louuu!" I whined.
He rolled off me and lay next to me. His arms around me like a shield.
We fell asleep.
**louis point of view**
I woke up it was 12:00 in the morning. Layla was cuddled up next to me on the couch. I got up and carried her to her room.
I set down on the bed and tucked her in. I walked out but then she called me back in.
"Lay with me Lou?" She said quietly.
I walked over to the other side of the bed. I lay down next to her and she rolls over and hugs me. I hold her close.
"I love you louis" she said.
I held her closer and whispered in her ear.
"I love you more than words can describe"
She fell asleep and i soon fell asleep to.
