Blake's POV
Once I was able to stop laughing and making fun of B we settled in for the lethal weapon marathon. We made it half way through the second movie when Bs phone rang again! It startled me so bad I jumped and damn near fell off the couch. I would have gone face first into the coffee table if B hadn't caught me by the hip. "You really need to lay off the caffeine if you're that damn jumpy girl." Be chuckled at me as he relaxed back in his seat leaving his hand on my hip. "Who do I get to thank for the mild heart attack and attempt at a nose job?" I asked laying my head back on his chest while he stretched out in the reclining portion of the couch. "And its not because I drink to much caffeine. It's because I was damn near asleep." I half mumbled the truth. "That was kolby and if you're tired we can call it a night. Plus I'm sure Addy will be full of piss and vinegar tomorrow and chomping at the bit to come over as soon as the suns up." He told me as he kicked the foot rest in pulling me up with him. "Oh that's no joke. $20 says she demands to stay the night." B just shook his head and grinned. "I'm a gamblin man little rabbit, but even i won't touch that damn bet. I know I'll loose my money on that one." We both laughed and he stood up setting me on my feet. He was past me and to the front closet in a few swift strides. When he turned around he was holding a blanket and pillows. "Don't look at me like that. I ain't making a guest sleep on the pull out bed in the music room. This is for me. Sy will keep you company tonight."
After arguing for a good 10 minutes we had settled in for the night. Sylo was at our feet and I was very content wrapped in Brantley's arms. But it didn't last long. It seamed like only 3 hours at the most had passed. When I was finally able to look at the clock it had actually been 7. What woke us up was an excited screaming 4 year old yelling for us to come make her breakfast. Very grateful her parents had the for thought to keep her from busting in. Not that she would have seen anything inappropriate. But I sure was enjoying the view.
