Chapter 2: Friends and enemies

I was eating when they walked in. A girl and a boy. The boy was the guy who I- who bumped into me. Yung babae naman is Veronica Sampan. Ang naririnig ko, she is the satan of this school.

"Hey! Look! Magkasama na si Veronica saka si Cloud!" sabi ni tsismosa 1.

"Sila na ba? OMG!" sigaw naman ni tsismosa 2.

Ang ingay. Sino ba sila para pagkaguluhan ng ganyan? But I learned something. Cloud pala pangalan nung lalaking nakabanggaan ko kanina. Nagpatuloy na lang ako sa pagkain. A moment later, a group stopped by my table. I looked up. I saw Maximus, Titus(kaklase rin namin), at iba pa nilang kaibigan sa ibang section.

"Can we sit here? Hunter?" tanong ni Max sakin.(palayaw ko kay Maximus yan)

"Sure! Why not?"

"Transferee?" Tanong ni Titus sakin.

"Yup!" I don't really mind kung makiki-table sila. Pero ayokong makipag-usap. Lalo na pag kumakain ako. I'm not that adjusted to this school yet. The day went on with nothing but orientation happening. Nalaman kong kaklase pala namin si Cloud at nangungulit pa rin si Andromeda. I went straight home. I found kuya Hector in the living room. Si kuya, matangkad, payat, kulot, at syempre, dahil Martinez siya, gwapo rin sya. Hahaha.

"Is Mom coming home?" tanong ko sa kanya

"Hindi ko alam e. Tanong mo ate mo. Siya kino-contact ni Mom e." Sabi ni kuya. So I went up to Ate's room.

"Ate! Uuwi ba si Mom?"

"Oo daw! Nagluluto na ba kuya mo?"

"Hindi pa." I went to my room. Narinig ko pang sumigaw si Ate para utusan si kuya na magluto. I opened my laptop and my facebook account. May messages. First convo, from my bestfriend in my previous school.

Hunter: Didn't I tell you not to call me Earl?

Ayos naman.

Had a fight with a random dude

Not a fist fight. An oral one.

Christian: Stop being a troublemaker, Hunter

Hunter: I'm not one

Kaklase ko si Andromeda.

Christian: Andromeda? As in Andromeda Rose P. Mendoza?

You mean that cute girl?
