CHAPTER 1

"Mrs Williams you are wanted at the head mistress' office" I look up from my AP Calculus book to look at Mr Parker , he looked at me over his glasses . I give him a confused look , choosing to ignore it he nods to the door with a bored expression .

"Make it quick Mrs Williams I have a class to teach ." he says in his bored voice not sounding very interested.

I took my bag and stood up after packing my stuff. Walking to the door I heard the whole class go "ohhhhhhhh" , rolling my blue-green eyes I opened the door and got out of class.

I got to the head Mistress' office and knocked lightly on the door , I enter when no one replies seeing my mom and head Mistress having a conversation not even noticing my presence .

"Uhm Hey Miss Jackobs you send for me ." I said waving my hand .

"Take a seat Emily ."Miss Jackobs says gesturing to the empty seat next to my mother and in front of her , I took a seat following her instructions .

"I suppose your wondering why we called you here ." she says taking her glasses off , revealing her golden hazel eyes .Wow thanks for stating the obvious . I though to myself smiling a little stifling a laugh. Miss Jackobs puts her glasses on the table and looks me straight in the eye with her everyday straight face , which gives me chilles down my spine and if looks could kill that look would kill me.

That women was the definition for the word scary , she scares the living day light out of me , she is the monster under every kids bed , she is a person's worst nightmare . Look I would go on for days about how scary our head Mistress is .

"Your mother has something to tell you ," Miss Jackobs days gesturing for my mother to carry on .

"Uhm Emie I got a new job ," She says her sparkly green eyes looking at me , her thin pink lips in an unsure smile hands playing on her light blue jeans . This was always a sign that there was more than what she was saying .

I look to Miss Jackobs who had a sweet and kind smile on her face . Wow Miss Jackobs can smile she actually knows how to smile , she looks less scarier with a smile in fact she looks ...... kind. Weird . I thought .

I gave my mother the 'continue' look after a moment of silence.

" in Mystic Falls." She continues with a smile , her hands up and shoulders inns shrug.

"Uhm mom I am really happy for you but Mystic Falls does not exist , not even on the maps ." I say playing dumb , oh I knew very well that Mystic Falls exist , a small town which is very far from Spring Vill .

"Come on Emie you and I both know that Your smarter than that . I know it's really far but think about it you and I starting a new life together. Me with a new job and you at a new school." Mom says

"Mom that's the thing it's really really really far like 4000 miles away .
Plus my whole life is here My friends , home , school mom everything." I say counting on my fingers though I really didn't have much going on in Springs Vill but that didn't mean I wanted to pack up and leave .

"Come one Em kids your age like travelling and going places , you should enjoy life and start travelling live a little , not just stay here in Spring Vill ." My mom says tring to make it sound interesting and fun.

"Yes mom your right travel the world not move 4000 miles away I'm only sixteen -" I started but was cut off by Miss Jackobs

"Your mother is right Emily you should start seeing other places than Spring Vill . Your mother for a new job and a good one which is a once in a life time opportunity , you should be rather supportive than argumentative and ungreatful ." Miss Jackobs says her hard scary mean face on again .

"Okay I guess your right " I say in a huff of defeat.

"Good , nice to know that we're on the same page , " my mom started " we'll be leaving by tomorrow at ten-thirty." she ends with a finality tone . I whip my head in her direction wide eyes and mouth dropped to the floor .

"Ok thank you very much Miss Jackobs nothing would have ever convinced her without you." My Mom says standing up and shacking Miss Jackobs' hand .

"It was a pleasure " Mrs Jockobs smiles .

" Have a safe trip ." she ends as we walk out of the door. My mouth still hanging low due to shock.

I closed my mouth when we're at the schools exit , with my mouth and full red lips feeling a bit too dry locking them a bit.

"Mom tomorrow as in the day after this one . How on Earth are we gonna pack everything up in time ?!"I ask in a panicked voice .

My mom just chose to ignore me , rolling her eyes as we walked to my mom's black BMW i8 . Yes we could afford an i8 my mother was the best Lawyer in the country.

"What happened to your old job anyway?"I ask while we were driving out of the schools drive way.

"First I had Chad come and help me pack in the morning and he brought some if his friends to help as well.
Second I got sick off my boss , so he fired me but I told him I quite trying to get the upper hand and all. Oh and this all happened yesterday." Mom says exhaling an exhausted breath .
She really looks tired.

In case you were wondering Chad is our hunky hunk neighbor who I've know since I was 7 and started having a crush on him from the day I set my eyes on him , though he is 25 years old . Bomer .

"Haaha really what exatly happened ?"
"Would you just shut your yap! I've had a really long day. " Mom shouts
"Geez Okay I'll shut it." I say with a hidden smirk on my face .

We bought some Chinese on our way home since everything was packed we couldn't cook.

I was wondering who packed my stuff and everything because all my personal stuff was there .

I asked my mom about it 22nd she told me she told the guys to leave both our rooms . I was relieved knowing that Chad didn't go through my underwear drawer or by one at that matter . That would have been really embarrassing , cheeks blood red as the thought of him going through my underwear kept on creeping up.
