Hey people~ I just wanted to tell you that I'm deciding to put something funny at the end of the chapters, it's how I get my inspiration going :3

Chapter 2: explanation

~Yugi's pov ~

I woke up by the sound of something cooking and the small of tuna in the morning, sitting up I noticed that I'm in human form on the bed, I started to remember what happened yesterday 'I wonder if he's mad at me...' I thought and got up and headed to the kitchen were the smell was coming from, I slowly entered and was greeted by a warm smile.

"Good morning, Yugi!" Yami said while placing the freshly cooked tuna on a plate.

"You must be hungry, Yugi, come on eat I made enough for both of us" he said placing the plate on the table while smiling.

"T-thank you, but I'm not hung- growl~...." I blushed looking down, as Yami giggled "ok maybe I am..." I mumbled and he stopped his giggles.

"Well what are you waiting for, come on, come eat" he said pulling out one of the chairs for me to sit down on

I nodded weakly and sat down, as he placed one plate in front of me "Thank you, master!"I said and started to eat, it was silent, he just sat there looking at me, but then he broke the silence

"Yugi?" He asked

"Yes master?" I replied as I stopped eating

"Yugi, don't call me your master alright" he said and my eyes widen as to why didn't he want me to call him master, but still nodded, he smiled "good you can just call me Yami ok"

"Ok, ma-Yami" I said and he smiled even brighter.

Soon I got to know Yami better and that he has no family, and lived alone and that he didn't have school today since it was a Saturday, after our small talk he looks at me with curiosity.

"Yugi"

"Yes Yami?" I replied looking at him

" I was wondering how is it that you were a kitten yesterday?" He asked and I smiled brightly and stood up letting my tail sway behind me as I sat on the floor

"its a bit complicated and you may not believe me, but I'm a neko, but not any ordinary neko, I'm the prince!" I said

"Oh so I'm in the presence of a royal, well nice to have met you your highness" he joked while giving me a slight bow

"Not funny, you don't believe me do you" I said pouting a little, I see Yami staring at me and this got me worried.

~Yami's pov ~

I saw Yugi pouting and I couldn't stop thinking about how cute he is, hold up!, rewind!, why am I thinking about that!?, have I have fallen for this neko boy?.

"Yami...Yami!" Yugi shouted and snapped me out of my train of thoughts.

"Huh?....o-oh sorry about that I was just thinking....what were you saying?" I asked as I see his face soften a little.

"I said you don't believe that I'm the prince of my kingdom" he said crossing his arms

"Of course I believe you, Yugi" I said patting his head and he started to purr

"Tell me why do you believe me?" He asked as soon as I removed my hand off his head

I giggled "because I used to be part of the royal family of Egypt, but my family never tells anyone except our closest friends" I said as I stopped the giggles

"Then why did you tell me this?" He asked as his eyes shining with curiosity

"Because I trust you" I said and his eyes started to get watery "Yugi?, what's wrong!?" I said clearly worried for him, as I went to calm him down he looks up at me with a smile

"Thank you Yami" he said as he jumped into my arms and started to cry his heart out.

After he had calmed down I asked him "hey Yugi?, what's the mater?" I asked in a calming voice while patting calming circles on his back, then he looked at me with teary eyes.

"Before I ran away....from my kingdom....I used to live a happy life until....the accident...." he said looking down "it happened three years ago....the king and quin...died in a raid..." I looked at him and slowly pulled him into a hug and slowly starting to rock him gently

"Yugi I'm sorry...." I said in a whisper and Yugi just shook his head

"But after that....Dartz the current king....is on a hunt for me....and told lies that I was the reason the quin and king are dead....and he wants me dead at all costs....sending his guards to find me......recently he asked hunters to surch for me.....I ran away from my previous owner..... because she was one of the hunters....." he said sobbing on me, at this poin I just wanted to kill whoever this Dartz is, he won't hurt my Yugi!.... I guess it is true... I do love him....

An hour has passed and we have been this way not parting from each other's hold until I noticed that Yugi had fallen asleep in my arms, as I carried him up to the room and slowly placed him on the bed, he mumbled something in another language that I couldn't understand, after I left the room to clear my head all I could think about is....Yugi....the angelic neko prince....

Sala: I'm back!- *gets hit by a shoe* ow... *looks at jameela, Yugi, kiro and Yami chasing each other* okay....
Konikomi: welcome home!
Sala: what is happening?
Konikomi: oh that...
~start flashback~
Me: ugh! What to do! What to do!ugh! *walkes over to the sofa were Yami and yugi were* Yugi help me~!
Yugi: huh? With what? *munches on cookies*
Me: with the sto- cookies!!!!! *gets the cookies out of Yugi's hand*
Yugi: hey!!!! Give me back my cookies!!! *runs after jameela*
Me: nope! *runs away while eating the cookies*
Yami: *chuckles*
Kiro: *asleep on the floor*
Me: *jumps over Kiro while still eating*
Yugi: give me my cookies!!!! *steps on Kiro's tail by accident* sorry!
Kiro: *wakes up in pain and hisses* get back here Yugi *runs after Yugi*
Yami: no one hurts my Aibou! *runs after Kiro while taking a shoe and throwing it*
Sala: I'm back!- *gets hit by shoe*
~end of flashback~
Sala: so the usual?
Konikomi: yes
Sala: thought so... *sits on the sofa with konikomi*
~ End~
Mina and Hanta: * laughing like crazy at the memory*
Yugi: I see some people enjoyed themselves
Me: hey don't worry
Yugi: but you ate my cookies!
Me: ok ok! *gives Yugi a bag of cookies* there happy!?
Yugi: yay!
Me: anyway, hope you enjoyed this chapter, see you next happy, bye for now! :3
