The doctor came in. "We got him back," he turned to Piggy. "He's wants you. He was writing  you something..." he turned to Fozzie. "We need to talk about him getting rehab."

Piggy walked in and sat by him. "Kermit..."

"Mmm..." Kermit groaned. He grabbed her hand. "I'm sorry about those reports...on you..." he gulped. "I want you to read this. It's my last letter I wrote a while back."

Piggy took the letter and she read.

Piggy,

I'm sorry. I'm sorry for scaring you, but you don't have to worry about that anymore. I'm leaving. And by leaving, I mean killing myself. I hope you find happiness in life, but I still love you.

This is my goodbye to YOU.
~Kermit

"How long has he been cutting himself?" The doctor asked. "I don't know," Fozzie said. "I just noticed it a while ago."

Rizzo snapped his fingers and sighed. "He told me that he couldn't work with life and he was going to blow his head off."
Gonzo turned to the rat. "Why didn't you say anything? He has a nephew who thinks that his Uncle Kermit is sick."

"Nobody asked." The rat replied.

"Kermit..."

"I can't live this life anymore," the frog cried. "I'm done living."

Piggy rubbed his hand. "No you're not."

"Yes I am Piggy." Kermit said. "I'm exhausted from cutting and trying to lull myself. I just want it to end now!"

"You may be ready but I'm not. I rather be dead than to see you dead. You are a huge inspiration."

"To who?"

"Well, to me."

Kermit lifted his head up and stared into her blue eyes.
"Why would I be a inspiration to you? I hurt you."

"But I know you didn't mean to. Besides you've been there for me for a long time."

"I know but still." Kermit said as he turned to the other side of the bed. "I still wanna go."

Piggy sighed. "I feel like I'm talking to a stranger. Kermit, this isn't you."

Kermit tightly closed his eyes and quietly cried.

Miss Piggy walked out and saw the doctor talking to Fozzie.

"So we will put him in rehab. That should clear his mind."

"Hope so. We tried so many ways to cure him but he refuses it."

"What does he like to do?"

"Sing, dance, make people happy. Finding rainbow connections." Fozzie said.

"What caused him feeling so grumpy?"

"Ever since he and Miss Piggy broke up, he was depressed. He started drinking, blaming himself on everything. He hasn't smiled in so long. He's changed!" Fozzie said sadly.

"He'll be fine Mr. Bear."

"I hope so."

"I know so."

Fozzie walked into Kermit's room and saw the Frog laying in bed.
"Hey Kermit."
"Hey."
"You feeling better?"
"I'm not sure. I can't feel anymore Fozzie."
"Wanna talk about this?"
"But I thought you knew everything."
"Yeah but I wanna hear it from you."
"Okay. So I decided to break up with her because she abuses me and controls me. I love her so much but I couldn't continue living on like this. But as soon as I told her that it's over, I saw the pain in her face. Her lips trembling, her face burning. I couldn't watch it, so I just walked off. As soon as I went home, I felt so hurt because I hurt the love of my life and not just that but I was already dating Denise while breaking up with Piggy. I cheated on her Fozzie." The frog began to cry. "It's all my fault. If I didn't do that stupid shit, none of this would of happened. I'm telling you Fozzie, I'm not supposed to live. I'm just a mistake."

"No you're not."

The frog and bear turned around and saw someone who looked like Kermit.

His Mother.
