Once we were at the safe house we all changed back into our human forms. Lyko waved the others off to the village, so that we can talk in private. I knew this was about what had just happened,so I was prepared for the worst,but what he gave me threw me off guard. He started crying holding on my hands tightly, happy to see me safe. " What were you thinking you could've gotten killed or all of us killed! You know that I love very much Ari, even if your my adopted of daughter. I can't bear to lose another child." He screamed through his tears. " I'm sorry father, I should've listen to you when you told us not to go into the forest, but I just wanted to see if X was alright." I spilled out as I slumped into his arms. " All is alright for now, little Ari, but you know we have to move the whole pack now that he knows which direction we live in." My father exclaimed. After our little talk we turned backed into wolves and walked back home. As we walked, I took a look at our surroundings, which was so peaceful after my chase. I took a good look at my father, which was stronger than the rest of us and it seems that with every day passing his fur just get a little more gray. Never seemed to mind my blue fur, but with it a can't blend in very well even though it is better than having orange fur like Roy or green fur like his twin sister Lyn. We were almost home when we heard whimpers, loud barks, and distress howls. We ran towards the village finding Hoshi escorting everyone out while flames chased after them. " Hurry run towards the safe house NOW!" Hoshi yelled as we heard a little ping go against his metal arm. Father stayed back with Hoshi as I lead everyone towards the nearest village, all of us in our human forms in fear of getting caught by hunters looking for wolves to kill. Finally we reached ōkami village were werewolves used to reside before almost being hunted down to extinction. We reached the safe house in the village and everyone fell down catching their breath. After a couple hours everyone fell asleep except for me, but I felt my eyes dropping to a close as I heard the door open and close quietly as my father lied down next to me and Hoshi not far away from him limping. I finally fell asleep knowing that they came here safely.
