Awakening( the Gillard Chronicles)

Incident I

Powerful..that was the only word I could use to describe the incredibly strong fiery sensation practically running over my body, I wouldn't have thought much of it usually until smoke drifted directly under my nose.

I jumped up immediately screaming and kicking from the aflame bed sheets as I jump into Dean's arm.

"What the hel-" his sentence is cut short as the scenario becomes worse.

The curtains suddenly ignite, and the fire magically catches the bed again but the flames don't burn just tingle.

The fire is a deep red now and the ceiling has magically caught alight and the fire blazes leaving no escape for anyone to get in or out.

But when all seems lost that powerful magic that I call my own surfaces and rain pours down drowning the fire in my water magic.

Even when Jer came beating on the door and asking if we we're OK I still put my hand over my 5 week pregnant belly and knew that our child had caused this.

Incident II

"Harder " Dean yelled as he threw yet another knife at me.

Ever since he found out I was pregnant he had been on the Fritz so he decided to train me in some hand to hand combat.

"That was too fast!" I yelled

"Then block it!" Dean yelled throwing another knife which nearly missed my face and cut the side of my ear immediately drawing blood.

I didn't know much about Dean's heritage but I knew his family had an extremely powerful bloodlust for witches, and that was why he had to hide the truth from me

But now as I bleed and could see his inner demon surfacing I nearly pissed my pants I could sense just how powerful he was, but that wasn't what scared me the most, what really scared me where his deep and powerful silver eyes.

"Run" he yelled but I didn't dare move a muscle and before he could strike I felt a warm fiery sensation crawling over my body as he was slammed back by an invisible force.

But that didn't stop him from getting back up this time he was pissed

"Volo" he yelled As my body was jerked back onto the rough hard grass

And for a moment I was initially confused but then I remembered that he was half witch and had been practicing witchcraft since he was a child.

"Dean stop your losing control " I yelled trying to reason with him.

But he didn't listen instead he roughly grabbed me and when he did his hand touched my stomach and magic surged power flooding through my body as images hit me full pact.

The fist time we meet, our first kiss, when he saved me from Axl . Every memory we had came flooding through me as I magically relived them experiencing every emotion and thought even Dean's.

I gasped as the images stop and the fiery sensation in my stomach finally leaves. I look up to see that Deans eyes are in fact there regular color and he holds me tight saying that he'll never lose control again, but I don't even think about that, my mind Is still processing how our child could perform such powerful magic.
