Noah's P.O.V
Her lips are so soft. She tastes like coconut. I run my fingers through silky hair.
All of a sudden, she pulls away. Her expression is horrified.
She dashes into the woods.
What did I do?
I run through what had happened.
Her kiss on my cheek, her arms around my neck, her expression when she was bandaging my cut.
She was the only girl that made me feel scared that she'd slip away.
She returns. "Hey. You okay, babe?" I ask nervously.
"Yeah. I'm fine. I'm going for a swim." She replies, biting her lip, I lean over and release her lip from her teeth and say
"Watch out for sharks, babe."
I watch her dive in. She comes up for air. I watch her run a hand through her hair.
She was breathtaking gorgeous and I didn't understand why I haven't noticed this before.
I had many relationships with girls, before. I never felt this way about a girl. She was different.
She wasn't like other girls in school. She was confident and she was oblivious to the fact how stunning she was.
She made me want to stay on this freaking island in the middle of nowhere.
She walked towards me. I hand her the towel.
She smiles.
"Look I'm sorry for kissing you earlier. I was needy or something." She said, blushing and looking down. I place my hand on her chin and lift her face so she is looking at me. "I'm not sorry." I say, she looks surprised.

It was dinnertime and she has been avoiding the topic.
She sighs, "I haven't even finished my English homework, yet. It's supposed to be due today."
"Hey, we are in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing you can do about it, besides think this as an extended summer vacation with... Me!" I joked.
She rolls her eyes at me.
I roll my eyes back at her.
She does it back.
I do it back.
She tries to hold back a smile. "Alright, you win." She says.
I grin.
Her face suddenly falls. "I freaking miss home, I want to just see Stacey and do my... my homework. I even miss Sadie!" She says bursting into tears.
I wrap my arms around her.
"We are not gonna give up. There are people out there looking for us." I soothed her.
"They probably given up already." She said, wiping her eyes.
"That's bullshit and you know it" I scold her.
That's when everything came out. I couldn't hold it back
"Becca, I know you think I am a good for nothing, man-whore, but I like you. You're different than other girls. I love the way you act like yourself around others, how you don't get easily influenced by guys. You are breathtaking gorgeous, Becca. You make a jerk like me want to be a better person. I rather stay here on this goddamn island than acting like nothing happen between us at school"
