An: The Doctor is the 11th

Sam and Dean had just closed another case. It was only a routine haunting but they had been up all night researching the ghost and were both exhausted, so it was natural that when they heard a familiar wheezing and groaning sound that looks of dread appeared on their faces.
"Winchesters!" The Doctor yelled as greeting.
Sam and Dean turned to the Doctor. The first words out of Deans mouth came out with a groan. "What now Doc? We need some sleep."
"Sleep? We don't have time for sleep!" The Doctor exclaimed. "There's something I need your help with. We've got to go to Cardiff immediately. We're going to help an old friend of mine. Get in."
Sam and Dean shared similar expressions of exasperation and exhaustion but followed the Doctor anyway.

"Must you do that every time Dean?" The Doctor yelled as they all ran out of the TARDIS. "Sorry Doc. Can't help it. I don't like flying." Dean replied, still looking slightly green. The Doctor sighed. "Nevermind. Lets go find Jack."
"So Doctor, why do you need our help? And also, where are we going?" Sam asked.
"Its not me that needs your help. Its my friend. His, I guess you could say his office, it's haunted. As for where we're going well its right there." The Doctor said pointing towards a column with a thin sheet of water falling from it.

As they approached the Winchesters didn't notice anything strange. Then, seemingly out of no where, a man appeared wearing a military jacket that looked like it was from World War 2. "Captain Jack Harkness." He said while extending his hand. "You guys must be the ghost experts that the Doctor mentioned, but he didn't mention how hot you both were."
Dean flushed and cleared his throat.
"Yes we're the ghost experts. Luckily for you we still got our ghost gear with us. Seeing as Doc here showed up rather unexpectedly with no explanation." He indicated to the bag still in Sam's hands that he had been carrying since the bunker. "Anyway. I'm Dean and this is my brother Sam. So where's this ghost of yours?"
Jack chuckled. "It's right below us." He said indicating a square of pavement right beside him. Sam and Dean looked at him skeptically. Jack grinned and stepped onto it, indicating that they should do the same. The Doctor stepped on beside him. Sam shrugged and followed suite. Dean, not wanting to let his brother out of his sight stepped on also. "Little cramped. Oh well. Lets go!" Said Jack as he pressed something on his wrist. Suddenly the pavement below their feet gave a lurch and started sinking into the ground. The Winchesters started panicking a little. The Doctor and Jack just gave each other a knowing look. As the pavement descended the two brothers looked around at the huge chamber around them. After they stopped moving Dean immediatley jumped off. Sam stepped off and looked around. "So where's this spook huh?" asked Dean. Just as he said this a strange whining sound came from Sam's bag. He dug around for minute then pulled out a homemade device. "EMF is going crazy in here." said Sam. "Does that thing detect ghosts?" Asked Jack. "It's an EMF detector. It picks up on electro magnetic fields. When a ghost is present there tends to be some." replied Dean as Sam scanned the area.
"It might not be picking up ghosts then. We've got a lot of equipment in here that could be emitting EMF signals. If it helps, I know who the ghost is." responded Jack
"Yeah. Yeah it definitely helps." answered Sam as he put the EMF away.
"So who is it?" Asked Dean.
"An old co-worker of ours." Replied Jack. "Her name was Suzie. Suzie Costello. The first time she died there was nothing. After we killed her again she came back to haunt our asses."
"Woah, woah, woah. Again?" Asked Dean.
"Please Dean. You and Sam are hardly strangers to resurrection." The Doctor saod while snickering in the corner. Jack simply raised an eyebrow and began to explain. "Suzie died when Gwen started working here. She killed herself. A few weeks ago we were working on a case when we realized that we would have to resurrect Suzie for help. We had a gauntlet that could bring people back to life for two minutes. Suzie somehow managed to bypass that. She almost killed Gwen. We had to put her down and ever since she's been haunting the place. We couldn't stay here anymore. That's why no ones here. Except for our pteredactyl. She has no where else to go."
"Your what now?" Dean asked with a note of terror in his voice.
Sam, just wanting to get back home, got down to business. "Do you know where Suzie is buried? We need to salt and burn her remains."
"Well that's easy," Jack started. "We've got her body in cryo-freeze right here in the center"
"Great. Lets get this over with. Game of Thrones is on in half an hour." Dean said.
Sam gave the Doctor a look that said just stay quiet knowing he was about to remind Dean that the TARDIS was a time machine. As they headed down to the vaults a woman appeared before them. "Just where do you think you're going?" She asked. "We are going to burn your remains. You are going to dissolve now." Dean said as he shot her with a salt round.
"We better hurry." Sam said. They hurried down to the vaults found Suzie and burned her remains. Jack, Sam, Dean and the Doctor met up for drinks with the rest of the Torchwood staff.

The next morning, Sam and Dean woke up in the bunker having forgotten the while encounter.
