You were walking in the woods it's been a long time since you have saw any humans and the only weapon you have is a pocket knife and a pistol and your almost out of ammo. You here people talking so you followed the voices it was a church and there were a couple people out side you saw a man with a grey/brown beard and a young boy about your age and a couple of other people. You walked upon them and they saw you and put there weapons up. The man with the beard asked very loudly "who are you " so he made sure the rest of them heard him to alert them that you were there. "I-I'm y/n" you said a little nervous. "Do you have any others with you" he asked you shook you head no. "How many walkers have you killed he asked "to many to count you said. "And how many people have you killed"he asked. "3".
"Why" he asked. "Because they asked me to" you said. He patted you down and said "would you like to join are group". You shook your head yes looking behind you looking at everyone especially the young boy. "The names Rick by the way he said, with laugh and small smile and shook your hand. "Nice to meet you Rick" you said with a small smile then eyeing the young boy again with him looking at right back kinda turning red. "That's my son Carl by the way" rick said. You shook Carl's hand and said "hi" with a blush forming on your face. Carl said "hey" back with his face turning even a darker shade of red. Everyone laughed and the rest of the night when you got settled y'all had a nice dinner the most you've eaten and ages and talked to everyone especially Carl.
