We slowed down to a walk *phone dings* Vella checks her phone "uh" come on, let's go" she groaned, she gestured for me to hurry. we arrived at the classroom early. Vella went up to the teachers desk and said "hello Mr.Kenmur can I go to Ms.Emmalyn's room my dad said she needs to drive me home" the teacher shook his head. Vella walked to the door and gestured for me to come, I started walk when the teacher said "sorry she needs to stay" "but she's new and she probably won't understand anything" she said matter of a factly "fine and while your at it give her a tour " he said giving up. we left the room and I followed her to Ms. Emmalyn's room "you have some amazing debate skills" I said impressed "ya right" she said playfully. we arrived at an office. Vella knocked "hello Ms. Emmalyn, can I come in" "sure dear" she started walking through the door and gestured for me not to come in. I stayed put and tried not to listen.
