"LYDIA GET UP!!!! I HAVE TO BE AT SCHOOL IN 20 FOR THE MEETING." Taylor screamed. Lydia flipped Taylor off.
Lydia and Taylor would always flip eachother off because why not.
Taylor threw a pillow at her. Lydia finally got up and threw on her uniform and pulled her hair into a ponytail.
They headed off to school. Taylor was sort of a mess at home but at school she was perfect. Class President, Captain of the cheerleaders, straight A student.
Lydia was the same but not very involved. Lydia was Taylor's secretary for the class. Lydia had beautiful notes and handwriting. If a student was absent the teacher would tell the student to ask for Lydia's notes.
Lydia just wanted to be left alone sometimes. She was queen but didn't want to always have attention on her.
Taylor saw Max and instantly started talking to him. Lydia rolled her eyes and wondered around school. The meeting started and Lydia was so tired and almost fell asleep while writing.
Taylor kept flirting with Max.
The meeting started a little after they arrived and was soon over because no one wanted to be there and they had nothing to discuss. It was mandatory to have a meeting once a week.
Lydia was scrolling through Instagram before class. She felt a body sit down next to her and she looked and saw Jacob. She smiled trying to be nice and continued her scrolling.
" Hey. " Jacob attempted to start a conversation but failed miserably. Lydia just flipped him off and walked away
Lydia was not in the mood to talk to anyone. She just wanted to go home and go to bed.
No one really talked to her today except Taylor. Which Taylor was going on and on about how Max is so nice.
Lydia kept listening trying to be nice. Lunch rolled around and everyone split up into there groups. Lydia snuck out and went to the library. She had a little hiding spot where no one could find her. Lydia grabbed her backpack and used it as a pillow. She laid down her head and took out her phone and started watching youtube videos. She was watching drawing videos because that was her favorite thing to do. She liked to draw more realistic type of drawings.
Jacob was just sitting at the lunch table eating his food. He gets a text from his mom. It was a ripped picture of a girl. He texts her back confused. She said she would explain when he came home.
It was soon the end of lunch and everyone went to their classes except Lydia because she was so focused on the video. She missed the rest of the day.
Jacob was concerned because he hadn't seen the beautiful girl in a while. He checked the library. He saw her backpack and soon found her. She didn't even realize what time it was. Lydia jumped up and ran out of the library. She ran to her class but then realized that the school day was over. She headed home.
Jacob walked into his house. He stumbled over a box and fell. He cursed and then got up. He got a water and looked at the fridge. there was the picture his mother sent him a message of. He looked at it and tried to figure out when this was taken. He soon realized that this was at Lydia's house. Thats why it looked familiar. A lightbulb went off in his head. THATS WHY HE THOUGHT HE KNEW HER FROM BEFORE. He was so shocked.
" Honey are you home?" he heard his mother ask.
" I'm in the kitchen. " he replied
" How was your day? I'm tired so if you wouldn't mind could you cook dinner tonight?" his mother said as she set down her purse
" Of course. Anything for you mom."
His father had actually passed away several months ago.Thats why they moved back. Nothing was left for them in France. They had lied to their friends and family about his absence. His mother was not ready to deal with the loss.
He did his homework and about 3 hours later he was finally done. It was around 5 and the he heard a knock at the door.
He opened it.
" Hi. Why are you here?" He asked
" No one at is home and I can't cook to save my life. Can I have some food?" Lydia asked
" I was just about to make dinner. Wanna help?"
" I would burn down your house. " She joked
She was so cute
He let her in and headed straight for the kitchen. It was quite large. He got the food out and started to prepare everything.
" Where's your mom?" He hears the beautiful girl ask
" In her room. She was tired when she came home so she's probably sleeping." Jacob replies
" teach me how to cook. " Lydia said as Jacob threw the pasta into the water.
" I thought you said that you would burn my house down. " Hey reminded her
" Well let's see what happens" She says.
I haven't updated in forever. The chapters are short because I never really have time to write. I'm busy and there's only so much time in a day. ( this is a quote from something. What show?)
