Spencer came down from the brew she saw one of the staff and Toby's friends.
"Hi Eric" Spencer said.
"Hi Spencer, hey listen are you and Toby OK?" Eric asked.
"Yeah we are fine, why do you ask?" Spencer said.
"Well I thought you two were broken up because last night I saw him and some girl making out" Eric said.
"Who?" Spencer said.
"I think it was the girl that went missing, actually it's her over there" Eric said he was pointing at Alison.
"Ally?" Spencer said to herself she was breathing heavy.
"Thanks Eric, Let me just go upstairs" Spencer said.
She walked up and knocked on Toby's door.
"Spence what are you doing here I thought you had to go home" Toby said.
"No I just had a interesting chat with Eric and you know what he told me?" Spencer asked.
"No" Toby said.
"He told me he saw you and Ally kissing last night, is that true?" Spencer asked.
"Yes, Spence I am so sorry" Toby said.
"Save it, she spent the night didn't she? That is why she was in your apartment" Spencer said.
"Spencer I was drunk it was a accident I never meant for that to happen" Toby said.
"I want to believe you but I can't" Spencer said.
"Do you want to come in?" Toby asked.
"Yes please" Spencer said.
Toby let her in, Spencer texted her mother telling her why she will be late.
"So was she good? Was she worth everything to destroy what we had?" Spencer asked.
"No, she was terrible you are much better" Toby said.
"I can't believe you didn't tell me and I have to hear it from Eric" Spencer said.
"Spence" Toby said.
Spencer slapped him across the face.
"I never meant for that to happen" Toby said.
"I don't know who I am more angry at you or Alison" Spencer said.
"Spencer please forgive me, I love you, you are the only want to be with" Toby said.
"I can't do this right now" Spencer said.
She grabbed her stuff and left Toby ran after her.
"Spencer, Spence" Toby said.
"Leave me alone Toby, I need to think about things so please give me space" Spencer said.
"Alright" Toby said.
Spencer the left and all the way home she was crying.
