Going out Shopping

So its been a week, and so far everything seems to be going ok. I think I have met the whole year. I think they all like me, but I know that I will have some differences with some people. But I will just have to get on with it, cause everyone has their differences, that's life.

"Hayy girl, are you able to come to this awesome pool party that is at my house. Its going to be next weekend, I have invited loads of boys and popular people in different years. They have all said that they can come! You never know, you might be able to hook up with a hot boy?" Rebecca excitedly asked me. She sounded really keen. I really wanted to go but I had no swimming costume or bikini. "I would absolutely love you come, the only thing is that I don't have a bikini or anything?" I answered her back. She looked upset, then all of a sudden a thought came into her mind. "I have an idea, why don't me you and the girls all go into town and help you find a bikini or something?" She suggested to me. That was actually a good idea. "That sounds like a plan, I will ask my mum tonight then tell you her answer tomorrow in school?" She saw the rest of the gang, and rushed over. Probably to tell them about our little plan.

It came to the morning that I was going to meet up with the girls, I had major butterflies, I was worried that they were going to judge my figure or what I was wearing. So I put on my best clothing, asked mum for some money, she gave me £100!!! She drove into town, I then spotted the girls. I got out and said goodbye and thank you and then walked over to the girls. They were with one of the fittest boys I have ever seen. "We bought the boys along for their opinion on the bikini." Jessica said as she laughed. That made me quite angry because she never said that she was going to bring a boy to see me half naked. Maybe she wanted to show me up or something so the boys could go back to school and tell all their mates that I am ugly, fat and have not boobs or bum with no figure. "Hello, I am Matthew, and I guess you are Alys." I nodded and then another boy interrupted me "I am Cai, nice to finally meet you after I have heard so much about you." Ffion suggested that instead of just standing around we actually go into shops and try things on. I agreed, I hope that I can find something that I can wear and kind of pull off.

We came up to a nice looking shop that was called Swimming Crazy, Rhiannon pointed to the shop and suggested we go in and have a look if they have anything suitable. Then Cerys pointed out a alright bikini, she told me I had to try it on. I nodded politely and carried on with the search. Bethany then shouted across the shop "Come over here!" We all walked over to her, then she carried on with what she was going to say "I have found the perfect bikini, it would so nice on me, but I guess it would look ok on you. If you are not going to buy I will." I picked it up and put it with the other bikini I was going to put on.

We were in the changing rooms and I was trying on the 5th and final bikini we found in this shop. The 1st and the 4th looked dreadful on me, the 2nd and 3rd looked ok but not brilliant. Once I had tried on the 2nd bikini, which was the one that Bethany loved, I gave it to her to try on. She was right, she looked amazing in it. "Ok here I come" I said as I was opening the curtain, "I love the pattern on it, I am not sure if it suits me or not?" I said with confusion. The boys looked me up and down, then looked at each other. I don't know if this was a good thing or a bad thing. Rebecca excitedly jumped up and grabbed me by my shoulders "This is the one! It suits you soo much!" The other girls nodded along with the boys Cai and Matthew. I looked at the price tag, it said £50!! That's so much for a bikini but if this is the one, I have to buy it. I went back into the changing room and put my clothes back on, picked up the bikini and walked up to the check out with the girls. I put it on the counter and the lady said "Oh it seems that this is 50% off!" I was pleased with that because I only then had to pay £25.

We left the shop and walked up into town and went into other shops and had some food from maccies. Jess being Jess got off with Cai in the park. I never knew that she was going out with one of them. I asked the girls "I never knew she was going out with Cai?" "Oh she is not, they just do that all time, they say it would get too complicated otherwise" Ffion answered.
