Jungkook's confession

-Hyejin's pov-

The night before was the best. Taehyung, S.coups, Rae Min, and I spent the night at my house. We chatted and watched movies. It was really fun. I really hope we could spend more time like that. If only Minah and Jungkook were here. Yes they started dating, and I didn't know.

Anyways when I got to school they were all there already. Me and Taehyung sang our song and got full credit on it. We placed first and got a "A" for the whole semester.

We were in class when Mrs. Jung walked in and announced that Prom was in three days. Everybody already had someone to ask.

S.coups ran over to me and blabed about how he was going to ask Rae Min. I listened slightly but was only thinking of Tae.

"Noona are you even listening?" S.coups asked me. I nodded and he looked at me. "I'll ask Taehyung hyung to ask you if you want." He said again.

I shot him a look then said, "You better not Choi Seungcheol." He laughed then walked away. The bell rung and everyone rushed out.

I was still sitting down and thinking. A grunt woke me up. I looked over and saw Taehyung sleeping. I walked over to him and ruffled his hair.

He rubbed his eye and looked up at me. He looked so cute while he was rubbing his eyes! He looked like a little lion. I leaned close to him then said, "Kaja Kim Taehyung. You don't want to miss lunch right?"

I turned around but he pulled me down. "Just stay with me for right now." He mumbled.

I didn't know what to do so I just stayed. I studied his features and smiled. Since he was sleeping I decided to confess.

"I miss you Taehyung. Even though we're not together...I can't seem to fall in love with you more. When I'm moving back to the states I promise I won't forget you. I'm not planning on telling you because I don't want you to wait for me. I want you to move on and be happy. After Prom is when I'll be leaving. I'll miss you more then anyone. I'm sorry Taehyung. I love you."

I got up and waked him up again. "Tae~ get up. Aish...Tae oppa~~" I said. He opened one eye then smiled. "It wasn't hard to wake me up." He said.

We walked to lunch together and met up with the others. While we were eating Jungkook stood up. He stomped on the table and caused everyone to turn their attention to him.

"Minah....be mine forever and don't let me go solo. Will you go to prom with me?" He said then sang her a song. People moved the tables, and Taehyung, Jungkook, Jimin, and Hoseok walked into the middle.

So I wore a "friend" mask, hiding my true feelings when I'm next to you. Sliding into the comfortable category.

Always high kicking the blanket at night in frustration. Damn you already entice me.

I can't control myself because of all your expressions. Watching you my head spins, pool of beauty and I dive into it.

Girl I'm so K.O. your like Napoleon, conquering me in an instant. I continued to watch you, hiding behind a friend image.

The start was at dance class, I took interest in you after hearing roomers.

But when I saw you I lost my mind, my heart is like a keyboard. Trying hard to be cool, not giving a single glance to protect my ego.

But your words hit me like a bowling ball. My heart is hit by a strike like a bowling pin.

Following the phone number exchange is an all-night texting session.

My feelings for you keep getting better than better. But I can't figure out how you feel about me.

I hear, "She has a boyfriend." I guess all girls are the same, all uniform. It's a one-sided love, but it's still beautiful.

After they were done everyone clapped. Minah was in tears and said yes. Once again everyone clapped. I wasn't paying attention. I was only watching Taehyung. His voice was deep and husky while he sang.

He never left my gaze as he sang. Right now Taehyung and I were across the room from eachother but I only saw him. We locked our eyes and I saw him smile.

I lightly smiled and I felt like it was just us together. Even through all the noise I could only hear Taehyung sing, "You're beautiful, I always imagine it like this, you be with me. You're beautiful, what will we be like together? I always imagine it like this, you be with me."

He went outside the lunch room, and after awhile I follwed him. I got out there and searched for him. All I saw was guys asking girls to prom already.

While searching I found him. I ran after him but soon stopped. I turned the corner to find Taehyung and Hyomin kissing.

"Taehyung go to prom with me?" She asked him.

I wanted to stop looking but I was going to know his answer. He didn't answer but she took it as a "yes."

"Taehyung...say no."
