Zoe and Alfie woke up early to get out of the house, they were meeting everyone at Zoe's favourite resturant in Bath, the closest city to her village at 6pm, so they decided to spend the day there. Alfie had called a place called 'the pump rooms' for afternoon tea, it was where the Roman baths were and was just beautiful, Alfie was super excited to take Zoe as a little surprise to cheer her up.

They spent all morning shopping, Alfie brought Zoe a really cute dress and she stocked up on makeup and bits and bobs so she could film a haul video. At 2pm Alfie directed Zoe toward the pump rooms, they were seated at a beautiful table.

'Oh Alf, I've always wanted to come here. It so beautiful'

'I heard you mention it and I wanted to cheer you up.'

'Alfie you cheer me up by just being by my side, you know you don't need to buy me anything to make me happy.' She smiled at him

'I know baby but I like making you happy, extra happy.' He beamed at her, the waitress came over to take their orders.

'You two look happy.' The smiled 'what can iget you guys?'

'I think we'd like afternoon tea for two please'

'Of course, anything else?'

'Were fine thank you.' Zoe answered

When their food came Zoe and Alfie instantly started instagramming the food.

'Haha what are we like! Instagramming everything.'

'Two peas in a pod' the waitress commented 'you are literally the cutest couple, I can imagine you here in 50years time, just as cute and just as in love.'

'At least someone thinks so.' Zoe said

At 5.30 Zoe and Alfie arrived at the resturant and sat at the bar, Alfie couldn't stop looking at Zoe, she was so beautiful, he couldn't wait to explain to her family how he felt. At 5.55 Louise, Joe, Zoe's dad and mum walked into the resturant and were shown to their table, the waiter came over to tell Zoe and Alfie.

'Your family has arrived, would you like me to show you over?' He asked

'Yes, but first we have some things to talk about so I could I wave you over when we are ready rather than you coming over please?' Alfie said

'Of course sir'

'Thanks mate'

Alfie took Zoe's hand and they walked over to the table, and took the two seats left next to each other.

'Thank you' Aflie said to the waiter 'hi guys'

'Hi Lou, Joe, mum, dad' Zoe said

'Ok guys I just want to say one thing, then you can all have your say.' Alfie looked at everyone 'right, I love Zoe, first and foremost. She is the other half of me, I can't imagine ever loving anyone as much as I love Zoe. I may be young, 19 and you might think that I cannot understand love, or even contemplate a life with someone but I can assure you I know I will spend the rest of my life Zoe. I'm not saying right now we should get married, or live together but I want us to have a chance of a life together, one we can build together, in our own time. We have been together for 6 weeks, it's not long, I want us to develop this together.' Alfie looked into Zoe's eye, she was crying 'I love you Zo.'

Zoe managed to gather herself together

'Now it's my say, I love Alfie, and I agree with everything he said. But I also want to say I have never felt this way about anyone, it's as if we were meant to be together. Please let me be happy, I cannot worry about if I'm going to get into a bad place again, otherwise is never do anything with my life.' Zoe smiled at Alfie 'let me make my own choices, especially when they are about this handsome boy.' She kissed him.

'Ok now me and Zoe have had our say you are more than welcome too.'

'Oh you guys, I'm sorry. I think I was just jealous, I know you are perfect for each other. It's just hard, I have to share Zoe and now I'm a third wheel.' Louise said tears I'm her eyes, Zoe got up and went round the table to give her a hug.

'Thank you Louise, I know how much you and Zoe not talking was hurting you both, and me. We are like the three musketeers!' Alfie smiled.

'Zoe, Aflie.' They looked around to Zoe's dad 'I love you Zoe, I want you to be happy, I also know you need to be stable to keep happy, you can't be living here there and everywhere.'

'I know dad, it's just hard with Alfie being in London.'

'Well how about we come to some agreement, I don't want to baby you but look how near you came to the edge yesterday'

'I know dad'

'So Alfie is more than welcome to stay every other weekend and you can go and see him the other weekends. And then when you have to go to London for work you can stay with him'

'Sounds like a good idea Zoe, I agree with your dad and please come and see your old mum.'

'I think it's a good idea Zoe, I love you but I also wants what's best for you.' Alfie kissed Zoe and called the waiter over.
