During The Blackout

Chapter 3

Hazel POV

~Three Day Later~

"Hazel, Sidney. You guys have company." Niall says as he pokes his head in the kitchen doorway. I grunt while Sidney nods. We stop peeling the apples for 'my' pie.

We go into the living room and greeted by the sight of Cassie and Fox. "For what pleasure do we own to be graced with your presence?" I ask joking. Sidney giggles as we curtsy to go with my joke.

Fox pops an imaginary collar and looks at Cassie knowingly while Cassie rolls his eyes and pushes Fox's face away. "We was invited by Niall to see how you ladies were doing." Cassie says while Fox pouts.

Sidney and I look at each other before turning to Niall. Niall raises his hands in defense. Sidney starts to threaten him of no dessert while I turn back towards our guests.

I motion for them to become comfortable and asks them if they would like something to eat and drink. Both said no but would later.

They only do this when Sidney and I decide to have a ruin-your-friendship marathon, which we got both Cassie and Fox to join. Niall would have joined us, but had prior arrangements to attend to.

We started to play Monopoly when the boys asked, which we replied with groans, went to get drinks for us all. We return and I noticed something different. I whisper what I noticed to Sidney and she noticed as well.

We played a few rounds when I said "Hey, I thought I had more than this?" I announce to the others.

Sidney had a ghost of a smirk on her face and said "I think I had more too."

Both boys tensed and was looking everywhere beside us. Sidney and I grinned at each other as we mentally set up a plan. "Well did you take it with yo-AHHHHH!" Cassie yelps as we jump on them and start to tickle them. I took Cassie while Sidney took Fox.

Cassie writhed underneath me as I tried to find his ultimate weakness spot. I eventually found one near his hip and kept tickling until he was struggling to breath.

In a last ditch effort, Cassie lunges and was able to pin me and start to tickle me. Unfortunately, I am deathly ticklish and was losing this battle surprisingly quick.

Cassie stops and was still hovering over me when I managed to surprise him and roll us over. I smiled down at him in victory and heard a 'Click' and we both look over.

Both Sidney and Fox had their phones in their hands, however they were not in a better position than ourselves. However, Fox was in my position.

My hand snakes its way to my pocket and I grab my phone. Without looking, I put the video on and wait a few a seconds.

"Well what about you guys?" I ask and whip my phone out at them.

Fox laughs while Sidney stares at my phone before she yells out "She's recording!"

At this, both separate and Cassie starts laughing. I get off of him and lay next to him to show him the video. Their facial expressions were pretty damn hilarious.

We return back to the game and in a good hour, Sidney and Fox had control of the board. I made a deal with Sidney to sell her my properties in return to not pay her any fines.

I go out of the game a few rounds after that with taxing income tax and landing on the most expensive lot of Fox's. Cassie goes out the next round by not being able to pay Sidney's least expensive lot after he gets out of jail.

Cassie and I went to the store to buy some drinks and snacks. We come back to them still playing with barely any progress. Cassie and I decided to watch a movie, which we ended up watching three.
