Chapter 24: Epilogue, Andy, Jinxx, Ashley, Jake and CC's POV

*CC's POV*

It's been going great, we were back in LA and that place looked like it never changed at all, that it was never a wasteland like it was. I look over to my left to see June asleep on my shoulder and Alec sleeping on her. To think he is 14 now and we known him since he was 6. The evil world didn't last that long but living through it, it felt like forever. Andy was going to drop me off at my old house/apartment, whatever you want to call it. I don't know if I can really be in it seeing what happen to Liz and my dog because of them people. But I was going back home with a new family and a teen that was more of a pain in the ass then I was.

"We are soon there, CC. Are you sure you want to go in there. I mean, it's going to look the same but they redid everything. Made it brand new." Andy was just looking out for me. I know he was, but I needed to go back to my house. This is my home and I needed to go back no matter what.

"I'll be fine. I have Alec and June. It's not like I'm going there alone. Anyways, just have to find out where to put Alec because I forget if I have one or two bedrooms at home." I just laughed a bit and I feel June move at the side of me and I looked down at her. "We are soon back home. It's going to be great just to relax and sleep in a real bed for once." I laughed a bit.

"Don't for get that we have to get Alec into school too known that it's up and running and people are moving back to Cali since they ran out of here." She sat up but made sure to not wake Alec. He was a teen now and we all know you don't wake a teen up because there is hell to pay.

"Are you two sure you're going to be okay?" Andy pulled up to my home and it was nice to see that it didn't change at all on the outside. I was really happy to see that my truck was still there too. I would have thought that it would be gone but nope it was there, right where I always park it.

"We will be fine, probably just rest for the day and then do some shopping tomorrow and work on getting Alec into school. He's going to love us so much." I just laughed, we all did really.

"Don't worry about it too much. He's a kid. He's going to hate school, just like all of us did." Andy and smiles and we got out of the car. I just handed my keys to June and picked up Alec to carry him into the house.

June ended up unlocking the door and I walked in, laying Alec on the sofa and getting a blanket to cover him up since it was cold in the place. I looked around my old home and it didn't change at all, it looked the same and was really clean up. I don't know who did the cleaning but it was really nice. I went to my room and just lay down on the clean sheets, it was so nice just to be home. I couldn't wait for them to get the tv back up, then I could watch tv shows again. I think I must have fell asleep because when I woke up, I smell something really good and I could hear talking in the kitchen. So, me being me, I sneak out of the room after getting up and went to see what was going on.

"So, isn't he going to get mad that you took the truck and went to get food?" Wait, did Alec just say she took the truck?? I just sighed to myself.

"Known him, he will be up any minute. That man and food, being a fan of this band for a year, that crazy fucking shit you learn about them. I was only going to see them for the 2nd time and I known them for over 2 years in hope of meeting them and just partying with them. But CC use to post a lot of random shit on twitter and it was the most best times of my life, just seeing someone so random as I am and weird that I felt good enough not to hide my true self anymore. But never in a million years, I think I would be here, with the guy I love more then anyone in the world other then my best friend Cambria and my other good friends. But his twitter said in the info area, 'the skinnest fat guy you know' Or something like that." She just laughed and I couldn't believe that she pay attention to so many details.
